【摘要】 本文运用文献学方法,系统收集整理了1983年～2009年治疗闭塞性动脉硬化症的文献,深入分析并梳理了相关治疗方药,力求从整体上认识闭塞性动脉硬化症的用药规律,为闭塞性动脉硬化症治疗的客观化及规范化研究奠定基础,探讨了闭塞性动脉硬化症的更优治疗方案,寻求中医特色研究的突破。本文运用统计学方法,从闭塞性动脉硬化症的药物使用的角度出发,对1983年～2009年间治疗闭塞性动脉硬化症的内治方药进行了统计,共得到710首方剂,119味药物,并对其进行了频数分析、聚类分析,初步得出核心药物及辨证用药规律和特点：1.闭塞性动脉硬化症治疗的主要药类有活血化瘀药、补益药、清热药,这3类药物约占总数的80%。其中,活血化瘀药最多,补益药、清热药略少。2.活血化瘀药中主要应用了活血调经药和活血止痛药,特别是活血调经药占活血化瘀类药物近70%,且药物应用比较集中。3.补益药中补血药、补气药应用较多,两者之和占补益类药物总数的90%以上。4.排在前10位的药物是：当归、芍药、牛膝、丹参、甘草、川芎、红花、黄芪、金银花、鸡血藤,属于闭塞性动脉硬化症治疗的核心药物。该结论为闭塞性动脉硬化症的规范化诊治及教学、科研提供了新思路。更多还原

【Abstract】 To reveal the clinical law of compatibility of Chinese herbs in arteriosclerosis obliterans.and help theoretical science or TCM physician.Seeks to understand a whole arteriosclerosis obliterans of the drug laws, for the treatment of arteriosclerosis obliterans of the objectification and standardized basis for the study explored the arteriosclerosis obliterans of the better treatment programs,seeking a breakthrough study of TCM features.The dissertation used the investigation of TCM literature,and adopted retrospective study.In this paper, statistical methods, from arteriosclerosis obliterans of the perspective of drug use on the 1983-2009 years, treatment of arteriosclerosis obliterans of the prescriptions carried out within the rule statistics, by a total of 710 prescriptions,119 Chinese herbal medicines.The methods of data processing included frequeney analysis and R-type clustering analyses.Treatment of arteriosclerosis obliterans of the main drug class has blood-activating and stasis-resolving medicinal, tonics, heat-clearing medicinal which three types of drugs for 80% of the total drug.Blood-activating and stasis-resolving medicinal mainly applied blood-activating and menstruation-regulating medicinal and blood-activating analgesic.especially blood-activating and stasis-resolving medicinal accounted for nearly 70% of blood-activating and menstruation-regulating medicinal.The top ten Chinese herbs are:Angelica,Peony,Achyranthes,Salvia miltiorrhiza,Licorice,lovage rhizome,Safflower,Astragalus,Honeysuckle,Spatholobi,which are the core of medicine of arteriosclerosis obliterans.The conclusion provides a new idea of the standardization of arteriosclerosis obliterans treatment and teaching, scientific research.更多还原
