【摘要】 目的：在前期研究妇血平方治疗青春期无排卵性功血出血期的止血疗效基础上进一步观察滋肾调周法分期治疗青春期肾阴虚兼瘀热型无排卵性功血的疗效并探讨其机理。方法：选择60例肾阴虚兼瘀热型青春期无排卵性功血患者,治疗组30例(出血期服用妇血平方,非出血期服用滋肾调经方),对照组30例(出血期服用致康胶囊,非出血期服用六味地黄软胶囊),观察两组患者近期止血疗效、治疗前后月经周期、子宫出血时间、出血量三大主症及全身症状的改善情况、治疗前后BBT、血清性激素的变化。结果：治疗组与对照组总有效率分别为：93.3%、60%,近期止血疗效分别为96.67%、63.33%,两者相比均有显著性差异(P<0.05)；治疗组治疗后在月经周期、子宫出血时间、出血量和其它临床症状方面与治疗前相比均有显著性差异(P<0.05),治疗组治疗后血清雌激素水平升高与治疗前相比均有显著性差异(P<0.05),且组间比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后BBT双相型与治疗前相比有显著性差异(P<0.05),且组间比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论：滋肾调周法治疗青春期肾阴虚兼瘀热型无排卵性功血在止血和重建正常月经周期方面疗效显著。其机理可能与妇血平方具有促进凝血,改善血液流变学及微循环,提高机体免疫力；滋肾调经方具有调节下丘脑—垂体—卵巢轴的机能,促进雌激素的分泌,改善卵巢功能有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:Based on the previous studies of the hemostatic effect of Fuxueping Decoction in treating puberty anovulatory dysfunctional uterine bleeding(DUB), try to further observe the effect of nourish-kidney method to adjust menstrual cycle and its work mechanism, which is to treat puberty anovulatory DUB, the kidney-yin deficiency associated with blood stasis and heat type. Methods:60 cases of puberty anovulatory DUB with the kidney-yin deficiency associated with blood stasis and heat type, were divided randomly into the treatment group (30 cases, treated with Fuxueping Decoction during hemorrhage period and nourish-kidney to adjust menstrual function Decoction during non-hemorrhage period), and the control group (30 cases, treated with ZK Capsule during hemorrhage period and LWDH Capsule during non-hemorrhage period). Try to observe the hemostasis effect of the two groups, the improvement of the menstrual cycle, bleeding time, the amount of bleeding and the clinical symptoms after treating, the level of Serum sex hormones and the change of basic body temperature after treating. Results:The clinical total efficiency of the treatment group is 93.3%, and the control group is 60%; the recent hemostatic effect treament group is 96.67%, while the control group is 63.33%,which have significant difference (P<0.05); Compared with its original level, the change of the treatment group in menstrual cycle, bleeding time and the amount of bleeding, the clinical symptoms has significant difference (P<0.05). The level of Serum sex hormones is increased after treating, which has significant difference compared with its original level(P<0.05) and the difference is significant compared with control group (P<0.05).The bipolar type of the basic body temperature has significant difference after treating (P<0.05) and the difference between the two groups has significant (P<0.05) Nourish-kidney method to adjust menstrual cycle has great effects on stopping bleeding and reestablishing menstrual cycle, which is to treat puberty anovulatory DUB, the kidney-yin deficiency. associated with blood stasis and heat type. It work mechanism maybe related to the improvement of blood coagulation, blood rheology and microcirculation, which can improve the immune function.
