【摘要】 目的：寻求熏蒸有无、坐浴时间两因素影响下复方荆芥熏洗剂在混合痔术后应用的优化组合方案。方法：将符合病例纳入标准的80例患者随机分为4组。术后常规治疗基础上,术后第3天开始观察1组使用复方荆芥熏洗剂煎取液3000ml待温度降至60℃时熏蒸5分钟后停止,待药液温度降至37℃时坐浴10分钟；观察2组熏浴方法与观察1组相同,坐浴时间改为15分钟；观察3组使用同样剂量煎取液不熏蒸待温度降至37℃时仅坐浴10分钟；观察4组坐浴方法与观察3组相同,坐浴时间改为15分钟。一周为一疗程,观察熏洗后患者的肛门疼痛、创面分泌物、肉芽生长、主观感受、住院时间等情况,并对治疗2d、4d、7d时的情况进行评价。结果：临床研究表明,在改善肛门疼痛、创面分泌物及主观感受方面,用药的2d、4d,观察1组与其余3组比较均有显著性差异(P<0.05)；促进肉芽组织生长方面,用药的4d、7d,观察1组与其余3组比较均有显著性差异(P<0.05)；住院时间方面,所有观察组比较均无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论：复方荆芥熏洗剂在混合痔术后应用的临床疗效与熏蒸有无、坐浴时间两个因素有关。术后应用既熏蒸又坐浴,且坐浴时间为10分钟的熏洗方案可以有效减轻患者术后疼痛,减少创面分泌物,增强患者舒适度,促进肉芽生长,尤其是术后早期应用此方案,疗效显著。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:Seek fumigated, bath time two factors under the influence of the Compound Fineleaf Schizonepeta Herb smoked lotion in mixed hemorrhoid postoperative optimized combination.
