江西省高职院校高技能人才培养模式研究

【摘要】 在江西省,高职教育不仅仅是全省高等教育的半壁江山,更是江西省的一大高教特色。随着江西省经济的飞速发展,产业结构的优化升级,出现了大量高科技、高技能的新兴产业,这对各类型的高技能人才‘的需求量大大提高。当前经济的发展,靠传统的具有操作能力、动手能力的人员已经不能适应,需要大量的具有超强实践能力、解决问题以及创新能力的高技能型人才的加盟。本文围绕江西省高职院校人才培养模式这一核心问题。首先,对模型、高技能人才等相关概念进行详细的解读,为接下去的研究做好铺垫;之后,分析国内外高职院校在高技能人才培养模式上的成功案例,并以我省某高职院校为剖析对象,分析当前我省高职院校在人才培养上的问题以及原因所在,论证我省高职院校高技能人才培养模式构建的必要性、可行性。在此基础上,运用新公共管理理论解析我省高职高技能人才培养的体制问题,提出“五位结合、三方联动”的高技能型人才培养新模式。“五位结合”指在微观层面的高校内部管理体制,即办学定位、“双师型”教师队伍建设、培养方式和途径、教学质量的评估、企业化的校园文化五个方面来提升学校内部人才培养水平。“三方联动”则从宏观方面出发,即政府、企业与高校之间各要素的相互联系及运行方式上,为培养高技能人才搭建一个健康的有机联合体。

【Abstract】 In Jiangxi Province, vocational education is not only half of the province of higher education, is a major Higher Education of Jiangxi Province characteristics. With the rapid economic development in Jiangxi Province, optimize and upgrade industrial structure, there has been a large number of high-tech, highly skilled new industries, which all types of high demand for skilled personnel increased substantially. Current economic development, relying on the traditional has operational capacity, practical ability of staff has been unable to meet, need a lot of practical ability with a powerful, problem solving and innovation capability of high-skilled talents to join us.First, the model, highly skilled personnel and other related concepts in detail the interpretation of studies pave the way for the next; after the analysis of domestic and vocational training institutions in the mode of highly skilled personnel success stories, and one province Vocational College for the analysis of objects, analysis of the current province Vocational Training on the issues and the reason, demonstration province Vocational Training Mode of highly skilled personnel of the necessity and feasibility. On this basis, the use of new public management theory, higher resolution of our province’s system of training highly skilled personnel issues, that "five combination of three linked" high-skilled personnel training new model. "Five with" refers to micro-level universities in the internal management system, that is, orientation, "Double" of teachers, training methods and means of assessment of teaching quality, entrepreneurial aspects of campus culture to enhance the school within five level of training personnel. "Three-way interaction" starting from the macro level, the government, enterprise and university linkages between the various elements and running the way for the training of highly skilled personnel to build a healthy organic complex.
