【摘要】 近年来,随着我国高校改革的不断深入,招生规模在不断扩大,招生工作所用到的数据信息越来越多,越来越细,录取工作核心人员越来越少,时间要求越来越短,安全性能要求也越来越高。为提高整个招生工作的效率,需要不断改善招生管理工作,因此,迫切需要适用‘的招生管理系统的软件,提高工作效率,保证整个招生数据的准确性、完整性,使高等学校招生工作和学生管理工作更加科学化、规范化。高校招生管理系统是为了提高高校招生的工作效率,实现招生工作科学化、制度化管理的有效工具。由于高等学校招生地域的广泛,人数的众多、专业分配复杂、时间限制等问题给高校招生工作带来了很多的不便。因此,招生工作的现代化必然要求招生信息管理的现代化,运用高校招生管理系统来实现对招生信息处理已经成为一种趋势,而且高校招生管理系统已经不能只满足于对数据的简单处理和查询等功能,而应该为招生工作提供有效辅助。文章完成高校招生管理系统的设计,并对历年招生信息产生的数据建立数据仓库,对历年产生的招生数据进行了集中和整合。本文主要工作有以下两个方面：1)文章通过分析现有的招生管理系统,及相关高校信息管理系统进行详细研究,分析主要研究工作。初步完成高校招生管理系统开发,包括整个系统的需求分析、系统设计模块的具体实现以及数据库的设计。实现招生信息数据的标准化,提高招生工作的准确性、有效性、公平性,减少招生经费支出,减轻招生人员工作强度。2)利用SQL Server 2005及其主要的组件对招生数据建立数据仓库,进行OALP分析,对生源的结构进行了分析,以发现考生生源地、年份、报考专业与考生之间的内在关系。最后利用数据挖掘工具,建立决策数模型,分析理工类学生报考科类为分类属性,以考生性别为测试属性进行分类,从而分析理工类学生的报考意向。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the continuously deepening the reform of high education system,expanding of the enrollment of students,a large number of enrolment data needed to be addressed. To improve the efficiency of the entire enrollment,it’s necessary to improve enrollment management continuously,and therefore,there is an urgent need for a complete,and the applicable Enrollment Management System software to alleviate the labor intensity of staffs, to improve work efficiency,and ensure that the entire enrollment data accuracy and completeness. The system will make the student recruiting and management more scientific and standardized. The University Enrollment Management System is intended to improve the efficiency of its students, the students can work to achieve scientific,systematic and effective management tool. The large amount of students recruited from nationwide area is. large,the complexity of major assignment,the time constraints and other issues lead to the recruiting work a lot of trouble. College enrollment data is very important,is the foundational data of university management,and provides the information assurance of the high school information system. Therefore,the use of college and university enrolment management system to achieve the enrollment information processing has become a trend,but college enrollment management system can not just be satisfied with the simple processing of the data and query functions,and should provide an effective recruitment to support decision-making capacity.The article College Enrollment Management System to complete the design,enrollment information and calendar year data generated by the establishment of data warehouses,the calendar year of enrollment data for a centralized and integrated. This paper work on two aspects;1) Through analysis of the existing enrollment management systems,and related information management system for colleges and universities conduct a detailed study and analysis of major research work. Initially completed college enrollment management system development,including the whole system needs analysis,system design and realization of the specific module of the database design. Admission to achieve standardization of data,increased enrollment of accuracy,effectiveness,equity,reducing expenditures for students,staff strength to reduce enrollment.2) The use of SQL Server 2005 and its main components of the BI to establish data warehouse,OALP analysis of the structure of the students were analyzed to find candidates to students,year,specialty and took the intrinsic relationship between the examinee. Finally,use the data mining tools,the establishment of decision-making model of science and engineering students took classified by type of property,to test candidates for the attributes of gender classification,analysis of science and engineering students took the intention.更多还原
