【摘要】 近年来随着科学技术的突飞猛进,传统的信息处理与决策方法和手段已不能适应社会的需要。高效率、快节奏是当今社会的突出特点,靠传统的方式对信息进行收集、处理及对知识正确运用,是一个耗时费力且艰难的历程。实现办公现代化,提高办公效率,是现代办公自动化发展的必要；改变传统的手工办公方式,使之适应生产力的发展,已势在必行。与此同时,网络技术和通信技术的发展与应用,为实现办公自动化提供了物资和技术保证。于是OA办公自动化系统这个名词也越来越得到各学校的关注,办公自动化系统的目的是通过实现办公现代化而达到高效地完成管理工作,即在当时的技术环境下,通过采用合适的组织结构和体系,以及尽可能低成本,达到提高效率、增强创造性、提高协同工作能力。本系统立足于提高高校办公效率,是一个为各高校精心打造的一个系统,从学校高层各个办公室文件的发布到下级各部门对于文件的收发,再到各级辅导员对上层文件的执行,真正实现高校老师“人-机”一体化办公模式,大大提高办公效率及管理效率。本系统设计理念比较新颖,对抽象工厂模式进行进一步细化,以模块化设计思想为理念,各个模块可以随意进行更换,而模块与系统之间的联系,通过一个接口进行连接。形成一个接口列表,实现模块化设计；而系统在需求设计中把系统立足于高校,实现高校办公自动化,大大地提高高校各处的办事效率。本系统提前为办公自动化预置了一个很大的发展,其中包括提供手机与PC机的短信接口等一些用于升级的接口,为未来系统的信息化提供支撑。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the rapid progress of science and technology in recent years, the methods and tools for traditional information processing and decision-making can not meet the needs of the community. High efficiency and fast-paced are the prominent characteristic of today’s society, it is a time-consuming and difficult process that relying on traditional methods of information collection, processing and proper use of knowledge. Realization of office modernization and improvement of working efficiency is necessary to enter on behalf of the development. Changing the traditional way of manual office to meet the development of the productive forces is imperative. At the same time, the development and application of network technology and communication technology provide the material and technical guarantee for the realization of office automationThen the term OA(Office Automation) system get more and more attention to schools. OA system’s intention is to achieve management work efficiently by office modernization. That is, under the technical environment at that time, through the use of appropriate organizational structure and system, as well as low cost as possible, to increase efficiency, creativity, and improve interoperability.Based on improving the efficiency of university office, this system is a well-built system for the university. From the release of files from university policy makers, to the sending/receiving files of lower-level departments, and to the implementation of upper level file by counselor, this system achieve the "human-machine" integrated office model to improve the efficient of working and management.Design idea of this system is relatively new. Base on the concept of modularization design, the system refine the module under the abstract factory pattern, each module can be replaced free, and the connection of modules and systems is an interface, which is included in interface list. Base upon university, the system implement the office automation system to greatly improve the efficiency of universities. This system reserve some interface, include the provision the interface of text messages between mobile phone and PC, for the office automation to support the future development of information technology.更多还原
