【摘要】 大学生是当代青年中的佼佼者,是社会主义事业的建设者和接班人,而大学生现代法律意识的强弱对我国社会主义建设发挥着举足轻重的作用。他们的法律意识的高低,也将直接影响着我国社会主义法治建设的步伐、关系到社会主义市场经济顺利发展。因此,如何培养大学生的法律意识迫在眉睫、任重而道远。培养大学生的法律意识及增强他们法制观念,是市场经济的必然要求,也是当前大学生法制观念现状的必然要求,更是实行依法治国的需要。当前我国法制建设正在逐步完善与增强,在当代大学生中,法律意识在其观念中也已有所提高,但仍然存在着诸多问题。因此,本文在对当前我国大学生法律意识现状及成因进行分析的基础上,从微观领域就提高大学生的法律意识的路径作出探讨,以期达到提高大学生法律意识及增强法制观念的目的。更多还原

【Abstract】 University student are the best in contemporary young people, they are the builders and the successors of socialism, and their legal awareness play a very important role in our socialist constructions. Their legal awareness will also have influence on the pace of China’s socialist construction and concern the smooth development of socialist market economy. So, how to train their legal awareness is very urgent and important. To train students’legal awareness and to enhance their concepts in law are the inevitable demands of the market economy and the demands of the current status of the students’concepts in law, especially the demands of manage state affairs according to law. Today, our legal constructions are in the developed progress, the university students’ awareness is higher, but still exist many problems. Therefore, the paper analyzed the current status of the university students’law awareness, and discussed how to improve the students’law awareness from the microscopic view, to reach the requirement of improving the students’legal awareness and enhancing their concepts in law.更多还原
