【摘要】 一个国家的质量竞争力也在一定程度决定了该国在国际上的竞争力,决定了该国的创新能力。一个地区的质量竞争力也体现了该地区工业化水平和经济发展质量,位处中部的江西省质量竞争力水平还不高,与先进地区还有较大差距。质量竞争力不高的问题已经成为制约江西省制造业可持续发展的核心问题。因此,迫切需要探索总结出对策,为破解江西省质量竞争力不高的问题提供决策依据。本文主要采用文献阅读法、社会调研法、个案分析法和比较研究法。在总结了国内外质量竞争力研究的相关成果,分析了江西省制造业的质量竞争力现状,并通过实地调研进一步获得了我省制造企业的相关信息后,笔者针对目前制约提升江西省制造业质量竞争力水平的突出问题,提出若干对策,从企业自身和政府部门两个层面进行阐述。一方面是发挥企业的主体作用,创新地提出了从三个层面进行提升质量竞争力,分别为：做好基础工作培育质量竞争力、注重生产的过程控制提升质量竞争力、适应外部环境积极参与竞争来发挥质量竞争力；另一方面是发挥政府部门的宏观主导作用,积极为提升江西省制造业质量竞争力提供优质公共服务,积极为全省质量振兴服务,并提出了强化质量技术基础建设、加强质量监管、实施以质取胜战、实施名牌战略、推进质量兴省工程等的政策措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 In a certain degree, a country’s competition about quality also determines its competitiveness in the world, and determines its innovation ability. the competition about quality, in one region, also reflected the level of industrialization and quality of its economic development the Jiangxi Province, situating in the middle of china, the level of quality competition is not high still remains a large gap with advanced region of our nation.The problem of poor power at quality competition has become the core issue about restricting sustainable development of Jiangxi province’s manufacturing company. Therefore, there is a Urgent needs to explore and summarizes out the countermeasures for solving the problem of poor power at quality competition in Jiangxi province, to provide reasons for decision-making. This paper mainly adopts literature reading methods, social investigation methods and individual case analysis and comparative research methods. After summarized relevant research results of quality competition at home and abroad, analyzed the present situation of Jiangxi manufacturing quality competition, and through further investigation of manufacturing enterprise in our province to obtain relevant information The author aiming at prominent problems which restrict the level of Jiangxi manufacturing quality competition, point out Some countermeasures, to explain and describe the problems From the enterprise itself and government departments two levels, On the one hand it need the enterprise’s main role to be played, Innovation puts forward from three levels to improve quality competitiveness respectively, Make base work well to cultivate quality competition.Pay attention to the production process control to enhance quality competitiveness.
