温州邮政速递发展研究

【摘要】 浙江邮政速递物流有限公司温州市分公司于2010年6月29日从邮政系统剥离正式独立运营。目前,公司正担负着改革发展和迎接市场挑战两项艰巨的任务,如何规划速递专营运输网络,建立现代化企业制度,梳理各生产经营环节,尚未有专门的研究。本文依据作者在温州市邮政速递物流公司管理岗位多年的实践经验,结合企业管理、营销的相关思想和理论,阐述了在当前激烈的市场竞争下温州邮政速递的经营状况,指出温州邮政速递的存在的主要问题是:由于长期与邮政主业进行混营,造成温州邮政速递的网络趋向于普遍服务,缺乏市场竞争力;产品营销长期结构性失调,造成整个营销团体的结构失调,经营手段缺乏灵活性;内部管理粗放,标准化、制度化建设与民营企业存在差距。同时与之相应地,论文提出了解决上述问题的主要方案:一是全力打造邮政EMS快速网,提高产品限时率和准确率;二是通过加快对揽投终端网、经营客户平台及信息平台的建设,为下阶段加快市场开发打下坚实的基础;三是按目标客户结合邮政EMS产品制定相关营销策略,加快抢占速递市场;四是加强经营秩序、财务、人力资源和质量监控等管理,实现管理精细化的目标。这些对策依照将具体问题分解为多个简单问题的总体思路,采用SWOT分析、4P营销等理论,结合温州邮政速递的现实背景,详细地、分阶段地阐述了温州邮政速递今后的改革措施和前进方向。本文还力图通过对温州邮政速递的分析,探讨出一套能够普遍适应于邮政速递行业的管理模式、组织架构和运营网络。

【Abstract】 Zhejiang Courier Service Corporation Wenzhou Branch operated independently on June 29,2010 from Postal System. At present the corporation is laden with responsibility of reform and development and meeting new challenges. There are no special researches on how to plan for specialized EMS transportation network, establishing modern enterprise system, and arranging the production and management links.This paper is on the basis of author’s many years’management experience in Wenzhou Courier Service Corporation, and combining relevant ideas and theories of management and marketing. Describing the operating conditions with fierce market competition, and specifying the mainly problem are:Networks tend to universal service and lack of competitive; marketing structural imbalance, and operating way lacking of flexibility; internal management is extensive, have distance with standardization and systemization of private enterprise. Carrying out the plan how to solve above problem:first, Building the EMS Fast network between regions and delivery on time and accuracy; second, building a solid foundation of marketing development; third, making relevant strategies and quickening the pace of controlling EMS market; forth, strengthening human resources and quality control management, then to achieve the goal of fine management. This article puts 4P Marketing Strategy, SWOT Analysis Model and combining the background of Wenzhou Courier Service Corporation to carry out the detailed strategy for the reform measures and the way forward in the future. And also aims to introduce adjust management model, organizational infrastructure and operation network for Post EMS industry.
