【摘要】 建设社会主义新农村是构建和谐社会的重要组成部分,是解决“三农”问题的根本出路。本文从“和谐”的视角,运用马克思主义和谐观,对新农村建设进行深入的分析,探索促进农村和谐发展的途径。首先,本文立足于“实践”,运用实践唯物主义的视域与方法,对人的本质、人的属性等马克思主义和谐观的哲学基础的理论进行深入的研究；其次,从人与自然、人与社会、人与自我三个方面概括出马克思主义和谐观的基本蕴含,在此基础上,提出运用马克思主义和谐观指导社会主义新农村建设,解决农村发展中面临的种种不和谐问题的理论思路；最后,结合我国新农村建设中的实际情况,指出当今中国建设和谐新农村的现实途径——根本出路在于产业结构转型、组织保障在于乡镇政府职能的转变、关键环节在于塑造新型农民。更多还原

【Abstract】 The Chinese new Rural Construction is an important part of building a harmonious socialist society, it is the basic way to solve the question about agriculture, rural areas and famers. The author analyzes thoroughly the building of the Chinese new Rural Construction to explore the way of promoting Harmonious Development in the Vision of the Idea about Harmony of Marxism.Firstly, in the paper, the author studies the theory of the human nature and human attributes basing on "Practice", using the method of Practical materialism; then summering Marxism harmonious view’s basic implication from the theory of Man and Nature、society and their own; on this basis, the author proposed the theory mentality to solve all sorts of not harmonious question in the process of building socialism new countryside using the Marxism harmonious view instruction build; lastly, the paper analyzing the practical problems in the construction of new rural areas, and draw a conclusion:to build a new harmonious socialist countryside, Industrial restructur(?)mental way; shaping new farmers is the key; the changing of functions of town ship gov(?)ection更多还原
