【摘要】 近年来,互联网飞速发展,网络作为参与公共事务的传播媒介日益显现出它独特的魅力。于此同时,网络事件频繁发生,深刻地影响了虚拟的网络社区、现实生活的经济和政治。纵观近几年来的网络事件,它呈现出纷繁复杂的特点、涉及各种利益纠葛、与政府和民众息息相关。本文通过一系列实证的方法,试图勾勒出网络事件从发生到终结的全过程,并分析它传播过程中的各种因素的作用和影响。事实证明,网络事件的发生和发展并非偶然的,它是各种因素的综合结果,有着特定的形成轨迹。研究结论表明,网络事件从本质上是可控的,它需要政府官员的智慧和传统媒体的积极配合。但是,要从根本上去除网络事件所带来的负面影响,需要政府部门的良性作为、社会的良性发展、公众的理性参与。随着社会的发展,网络的作用将会进一步得到凸显,如何最大程度地利用网络去弊兴利,仍然是整个社会需要思考的话题。更多还原

【Abstract】 In recent years, the Internet is developing rapidly, and the network as the media of participation in public affairs increasingly,its show unique charm. In the meantime, network events occur frequently,profoundly affected the virtual network community, real-life economic and political. Throughout the network events in recent years, it presents the complicated characteristics, involving various kinds of interests imbroglio, with closely related to the government and people.This article through a series of empirical method, attempts to outline network events from the occurrence of to end, and analyzes it factors in the process spread of network events. The facts proves that network events and development is not just happen. It is the result of comprehensive factors, the formation of a specific track.The results indicate that network events can be controlled, it needs the government officials wisdom and traditional media to cooperate actively. But fundamentally remove the negative effects from the network events, its needs government’s benign as, positive social development, public rational participation.With the development of society, the network effect will further highlights, how to maximize the use of network to harm, it is a topic needs the whole society thinking.更多还原
