应用FLAC3D研究分析尾矿堆积坝渗流稳定性

【摘要】 我国是矿业资源大国,矿产资源的开采产生了大量的尾矿,这些尾矿大部分都堆积在尾矿库中。由于多种原因,一半尾矿库未取得安全生产许可证,近一半处于病、险、危或超期服役状态。这些尾矿库易受气候条件、当地地形及人为因素的影响,发生渗漏、滑坡、溃坝、泥石流等事故,对人们的生命财产和生态环境造成重大损失。所以对尾矿库坝的安全稳定问题进行研究不仅具有学术价值,同时具有很大的经济与社会效益。通过文献调研,系统地总结了目前尾矿库的形式、类型与特点,尾矿堆积坝的筑坝形式及优缺点,以及我国尾矿库的运行状态。阐述了渗流基本理论及渗流分析方法,并通过有限元计算程序SEEP/W研究了尾矿库内各层尾砂渗透系数比等因素对浸润线的影响。分析比较极限平衡法、数值分析方法和可靠性分析法三种边坡稳定计算方法,最终确定采用FLAC法计算坝体稳定性。采用FLAC3D软件计算某尾矿坝体在正常状况下的稳定性与安全系数,研究了浸润线渗出点高度与堆积坝下游坡度对坝体安全稳定性的影响,并对该尾矿坝的加固处理提出了建议措施。

【Abstract】 China is a country with lots of mineral resources, the mining of resources produced a large number of tailings, and most of these tailings are piling up in tailing ponds. Because of various reasons, half tailing ponds in our country have not obtained safety licenses for production, and nearly half of them are in disease, dangers, hazards or extra-service state. These tailing ponds easily occur to leakage, landslide, dam-failure, debris flow and other accidents because of the weather, local terrain and human factors, which bring great losses to people’s lives and properties and the ecological environment. Therefore, the research on the safety and stability of tailings dam not only has the academic value, but also has a great economic and social benefits.Through literature investigation, the paper summarizes the present forms, types and characteristics of tailing pond, furthermore, forms, advantages and disadvantages of tailing dam are expounded, as well as the running state of tailing ponds in China. The paper describes the basic seepage theory and seepage analysis methods, and studies the factors to impacts of saturation line, such as the permeability coefficient ratio of each layer tailings in the tailing pond. The paper analyzes and compares three kind calculation methods of slope stability, which are limit equilibrium method, the numerical analysis and reliability analysis method, and finally the FLAC method is determined to calculate the dam stability. The stability and safety factor of a tailing dam are calculated by FLAC3D program; moreover, the paper studies the stability of the dam caused by exudating point height of saturation line and the slope of tailing dam downstream, and gives some suggestions on the reinforcement of the tailing dam.
