【摘要】 2009年是中共中央、国务院关于深化医药卫生体制改革的第一年,如何建立健全医药卫生四大体系之一——药品供应保障体系,作为江西南华医药有限公司控股的江西QL医药有限公司在当地政府的大力支持下,通过与江西省最大的药品经营企业业务整合,积极探索一条能覆盖三级、二级、基层医疗机构的基本药物配送模式,提高基本药物配送效率。本文针对建立基本药物配送模式的现状、问题及成因,运用战略管理学、网络营销学、供应链管理学和财务管理学等的一些主要理论分析了基本药物配送的基本概念、配送模式的核心问题及现实意义,系统地阐述了建立基本药物配送模式的必要性、可行性及其发展前景,并通过江西QL医药有限公司成为乐平市基本药物配送企业的典型事例分析得出有益的启示,进而从网络营销、现代物流配送、企业文化建设等方面充分发挥药品中小经营企业的区域配送的优势,加快建立以国家基本药物制度为基础的药品供应保障体系,保障人民群众安全用药。更多还原

【Abstract】 2009 is the the first year on deepening the health care system reform of the CCP Central Committee and State Council, how establish a secured pharmaceutical supply system of four major health care systems, Jiangxi QL medicine Co. Ltd under Local government’s support vigorously, as the holded company of Jiangxi Nanhua medicine Co. Ltd, it operation conformity through with the biggest medicines of Jiangxi Province business service, explores the distribution mode of essential medicines positively to supply thirdly and secondary, grass-roots hospitals, raises the distribution efficiency of essential medicine.This article about the present situation, the question and the origin of establishment distribution mode of essential medicines, and using some theoreticals of strategy management science, the network marketing study, the supply chain management science and the financial control and so on,and analysis the basic concept, the core question and the practical significance on distribution of essential medicines, and it is feasibility and necessity to elaborated establishment the distribution mode of essential medicines and the prospects for development systematically, it analyze obtains the beneficial enlightenment through Jiangxi QL medicine Co. Ltd becomes the distribution enterprise of essential medicines in Leping, then displays in fully the region distribution superiority of the small durg’s business service from network marketing, modern physical distribution, enterprise culture construction and so on, efforts should be made to accelerate the establishment of a secured pharmaceutical supply system on the basis of the national essential medicines system, and ensure medicine safety for the people.更多还原
