【摘要】 本文的目的就在于研究江西桑海开发区产业发展规划的整个过程以及相应的保障措施,把握开发区在产业发展与产业培育过程中的规律,从而为江西桑海开发区产业发展与规划提供参考及建议,为未来的产业发展规划一些对策建议及借鉴。本文采用了一般论文的现状——趋势与问题——对策三大段式的逻辑思路,按照提出问题——分析问题——解决问题的方法,首先以理论研究成果为指导,分析了江西桑海开发区的现状以及面临的主要问题,结合江西桑海开发区的产业发展的内在要求与产业发展规划需要,从而比较系统地提出江西桑海开发区产业发展规划体系,包括产业发展规划的SWOT分析、战略目标、指导思想、原则以及规划的重点、布局及保障。文中使用的主要理论包括循环经济、主导产业选择、区域经济发展阶段等产业结构方面的理论以及产业规划目标、约束、组织、过程等产业发展规划方面的基本理论及方法。第一章绪论部分,主要包括本论文的研究背景与意义,主要研究内容以及研究的思路、方法及创新点。第二章介绍了区域产业规划的主要理论及实践,并将相关理论及实践经验为指导贯穿全文。第三、四章为江西桑海开发区产业发展现状与产业发展规划分析,并结合有关理论进行了系统分析,并提出了开发区产业发展规划、目标及主要布局。第五章从经济、管理、政策三方面提出了桑海开发区的产业发展规划中的保障措施。第六章对全文进行总结,提出研究结论与展望。更多还原

【Abstract】 This article purpose is to study the Industrial Development Zone of Nanchang Songhai Planning and Design of the entire process and should be safeguards to find hidden in the process of research and design industry planning laws, so as to Planning and Design Industry Development Zone, Nanchang Songhai reference and recommendations, as future planning and design industry some suggestions and learn from.In this paper, the status of the general thesis-Trends and Issues-Measures the logic of the three-stage thinking, according to a question-Analysis of the problem-to solve the problem, the first theoretical research results as a guide, combined with the development of Nanchang Songhai area status and face the main problem, Nanchang Songhai Industrial Development Zone has been planning a more clear picture description, and then combined with analysis of the relevant theory to systematically raise Nanchang Songhai Industrial Development Zone Planning System, including industrial planning and design of the SWOT analysis, strategic objectives, guiding principles and focus of planning, layout and security.The main theories used in the text including the economy, leading industry choice, regional economic development and many other aspects of the theory of industrial structure and industrial planning objectives, constraints, organization, planning and design aspects of the process industries the basic theory and methods. The first chapter section, including the background and significance of the research paper, the main research contents and research ideas, methods, and innovation. Chapter II describes the main regional industrial planning theory and practice, and theory and practical experience relevant guidance throughout. Third, the four chapters Jiang Xi Sanghai Industry Development Zone and Industrial Development planning analysis, combined with the theory of system analysis and proposed planning and design industry.
