【摘要】 自改革开放以来,我国原料药生产得到了迅速发展,中国已成为世界上最大的原料药生产国,在国际医药市场上具有举足轻重的地位。但我国还不是原料药生产和出口强国,在原料药出口贸易中,面临着很多的难题和考验,特别是金融危机的全面爆发后,我国原料药出口开始也随之出现比较明显的下滑趋势。本文以经济学、国际贸易以及管理学的相关理论为基础,分四个部分进行研究。第一部分对原料药的国际市场现状和我国原料药出口现状进行分析,其中简单概述了原料药国际需求从无到有从小到大的一般过程,进而从原料药国际市场规模、分布及发展前景等角度分析原料药国际市场现状,介绍了我国原料药生产规模和分布区域及出口地域。第二部分分析了我国原料药生产和出口优势以及有利影响因素,重点分析了外包业务。第三部分分析了我国原料药出口所面临的问题和挑战,并着重探讨了我国原料药出口的影响因素,重点分析了技术性贸易壁垒以及中国和印度之间竞争又合作的关系。第四部分分别从行业、企业以及政府的角度提出了我国原料药行业在出口贸易中应采取的战略对策。本文试图通过分析和探讨,为原料药市场的资源配置、产业规模、产品结构、经济运行等方面提供具有一定价值的指导,为国内原料药行业中的相关单位,特别是生产出口企业提供一些决策依据,以改善我国原料药出口现状。更多还原

【Abstract】 Since China embraced the epic reform and opening-up policies, its Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (abbreviated as API) industry has developed rapidly. China has become the largest API manufacturer, playing a decisive role in international pharmaceutical market. But China is not a strong API manufacturer and export country, and faces with many problems and difficulties in API export trade. Especially after the financial crisis broke out, the exports of Chinese API began to appear obvious decline.Based on the related theories of Economics, International Trade and Principles of Management, this paper is consists of four parts.Part one analyzes the current situation of API international market and the current situation of export of Chinese API, briefly outlines the generation and development of the international demand for API, and then analyzes the current situation of API international market according to the API international market scale, distribution and development perspective; and analyzes the current situation of Chinese API process scale, distribution and export regions.Part two analyzes the strengths of the manufacture and export of Chinese API and the favorable influencing factors, focusing on analysis of outsourcing.Part three analyses the problems and challenges in the export of Chinese API, elaborating on influencing factors of export of Chinese API, focusing on the analysis of the technical trade barriers and the competition and cooperation relations between China and India.Part four presents the strategic measures to be taken by Chinese API industry, according to the industry, enterprises and government’s points of view.This paper attempts to provide certain value of the guidance to resources distribution, industry scale, product structure, economic operation in API market according to the above analysis and discussions, and to provide a number of decision-making bases to related departments, particularly to export manufacturer to improve the situations of exports of Chinese API.更多还原
