【摘要】 水是基础性的自然资源和战略性的经济资源。在人均水资源拥有量日益减少的同时,因水环境恶化所造成的水质性和功能性缺水现象亦日益突出,已成为突出的、全球性的共同问题。本文结合广州市“举全市之力,采取超常规的措施,全面开展污水治理和河涌综合整治,确保到2010年亚运会前实现广州水环境的根本性好转”的目标要求,全面分析广州市中心城区水环境恶化的主要原因,深入探讨广州市中心城区水环境综合治理对策,从根本上切断水环境恶化的源头,逐步改善广州中心城区的水环境。本文各章主要研究内容如下:1、简要说明论文选题的背景,国内外的研究动态及发展趋势,研究的目的和意义,并说明研究的主要内容。2、介绍广州市的水环境概况,对水环境现状进行评价,对水质污染源进行调查,研究改善广州市水环境的可行性。3、全面分析广州市水环境问题及污染成因。4、结合广州治水实践,以水环境综合治理为目标,提出广州市中心城区治水的具体措施。5、结合广州市治水部分工程案例,进一步论证水环境治理措施在治水实践中的应用与效果。本文经研究分析提出,广州市中心城区水环境综合治理应以截污治污、雨污分流、水生态修复为整治原则,综合采用河道清淤、群闸联控、调水补水、生态堤岸建设、景观营造等措施,控制减少水污染,全面提高中心城区水环境的生态修复能力。更多还原

【Abstract】 Water is foundational natural resources and strategic economic resources. As per capital water resources decreasingly day by day, the shortage of water in quality and functionality is extrusive, caused by water environment deterioration.And it has become extrusive and global problem in common.This paper makes up the target of raising the force of the whole city, adopting the transnormal measures in sewage treatment and river comprehensive improvement,guaranteing water environment of Guangzhou change thoroughly before the 16th Asian Games in 2010. It analyzes the main reason of water environment deterioration in downtown Guangzhou completely,then researches the comprehensive treatment of water environment in-depth. As that ,it can gradually improve the water environment in downtown Guangzhou by cutting off the source of sewage.The main content of this paper is researched as follows.1. Briefly explains the background of paper title selection, internal and external research dynamic state and development trend, study purpose and meaning, and explains the main content of study.2.Introduces water environment general situation of Guangzhou, carries on an evaluation to water environment present condition, carries on a survey to water pollution, studies the trend of water environment development.3.Overall analysis the water environment problem and pollution reason in Guangzhou.4.Combines with Guangzhou water treatment practice, brings forward detailed measures for downtown Guangzhou water environment with the target of water environment comprehensive treatment. 5.Combines with engineering cases in Guangzhou water treatment, analysis the application and effect of water environment treatment in Guangzhou.This paper comes to a conclusion by analysising and studing. Downtown Guangzhou water environment should be treated with the principle of cutting off and treating sewage, dividing rain from sewage, ecological restoration.It should be dealt with integrated measures such as river mud cleaning, sluice united controlling, water diversion and water compensation, ecological bank construction, landscape construction etc. So that we can control and reduce water pollution to raise ecological restoration ability of water environment in downtown Guangzhou.更多还原
