当前我国校园暴力问题及其预防对策研究

【摘要】 近年来,由于经济发展和社会转型引发的各种深层次社会矛盾导致暴力事件频现校园,已经直接威胁到在校师生的安全,严重干扰了校园的正常秩序。校园暴力问题成为社会普遍关注的焦点问题和急待解决的社会问题之一。本论文以“当前我国校园暴力问题”为线索进行论述,内容主要包括:首先,校园暴力的类型及主体特征。本文通过查阅并梳理相关文献资料和调查数据,对校园暴力的类型进行了高度精炼的概括并对三种校园暴力主体特征进行了分析研究;其次,校园暴力的危害及其产生原因。本文对校园暴力的危害从以下三个方面进行了分析:损害学生的身心健康、干扰学校校园秩序、危害社会和谐发展。校园暴力的发生有其深层次的原因,其内部原因源于暴力主体的心理因素;其外部原因侧重从家庭因素、学校因素和社会因素来分析;最后,校园暴力的预防对策。对于校园暴力的预防对策应当从加强分类教育引导、构建人文关怀网络、改善校园安全管理等三方面着手进行正确引导,从而有效预防校园暴力事件地发生。本论文的研究重点是校园暴力主体的特征和预防对策;研究难点是站在理论角度提出的校园暴力预防对策,可能缺乏一定的实践操作性;研究的创新点包括两方面:其一是从暴力主体的角度分析校园暴力现象发生的原因,尤其对教师暴力和他人暴力产生的原因进行详细地阐述,突破了传统研究单纯从学生暴力主体的角度分析校园暴力产生原因的研究倾向;其二是从加强分类教育引导、构建人文关怀网络、改善校园安全管理等层面探讨校园暴力的预防对策,从而把校园暴力问题从社会学角度的研究延伸到思想政治教育领域。本论文的研究价值旨在为致力于治理校园暴力问题的专家学者提供借鉴和参考,引起政府和教育机构等相关部门的重视,并为各级各类校园有效预防校园暴力提供理论依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Rescently,kinds of social contradictions that caused by economy development and social conversion have affected teachers and students’s safety.It has badly disturbed the order of school .The problem of school violence has been the focus of society and it was the one of society problem of solving rapidly.The paper was stated about“the problem of Chinese school violence”.The content of the paper included three points.The first is the types of school violence and the character of main body of school violence.Through refering to literature information and investigation data ,the paper concluded refinely the types of school violence and anlysed the three charater of main body of school violence.The second is the disserving and reasons of school violence .The paper was mainly analysed the reasons of school violence from the three parts :harming adolescents’system ,endangering the development of society harmony.The occuring of school violence has some deep-seated reasons .The inner causation is the psychology factors of the main body of school violence;the exterior causation is explained from family reasons,school reasons and society reason.The last is the prevention treasures of school violence.As for the prevention treasures of school violence ,we should intensify education and guidance from varieties of facets,build the net of human solicitude and improve administration of school safety in order to preventing effectly the occuring of school violence.The main researchment of the paper is the character of the main body of school violence and prevention treasures.The researchment difficulty is provide some prevention treasuresfrom the angle of theory.It will lack of the ability of practicing .The innovation points of researching include two contents:one is analysed the reason of the school violence occuring from the angle of the main body of students .Particularly,as to the causes of violence of teachers and others ,the paper has expatiated in detail.It breaked inclining of researching school violence from the angle of the main body of students.The other is that discussed the prevention treasures of school violence from the angle of intensifying education and guidance with kinds of facets ,building net of human solicitude and improving administration of school safety in order to making the problem of school violence extend the field of ideological and political education from the field of sociology.The paper hopes to provide some useful information to the scholars of researching school violence to reference.Meanwhile,it expects to give rise to attention of governments,schools and educational departments and provide some theory basis for establishing effective prevention measures.更多还原
