企业文化在高校思想政治教育中的应用研究

【摘要】 思想政治教育作为我国高校德育体系的重要组成部分,在培养适应社会主义现代化建设所需要的德才兼备的人才中曾经发挥过重大的作用,然而随着时代的发展,其存在刻板化、形式化、实效性差的问题令其出现被边缘化的危机,甚至有的人认为其在社会主义市场经济不断完善的今天已经没有现实性的意义。同时,从上个世纪八十年代以来,随着企业文化理论的不断发展,优秀的企业文化对企业的发展有着非常关键的作用,因此,充分发挥企业文化所具有的体系性优势,借助其内存的科学、完善的理论工具与实践工具,以当代大学生的个体需求为基点,推进两者之间深度整合,创新高校思想政治教育体系,推动大学生在人生价值观、自主创新精神的培养等方面的进步具有十分重要的理论价值与现实意义。本文采用理论联系实际的分析方法,对企业文化建设与高校思想政治教育的整合进行了分析,重在探讨企业文化在高校思想政治教育发展中所起的作用。本篇论文分四个部分;第一部分,企业文化与高校思想政治教育的内涵、特点及关系,主要对涉及本篇论文的两大核心主题“企业文化”与“高校思想政治教育”进行概念定位;第二部分,探讨了企业文化在高校思想政治教育应用的必要性和可行性;第三部分,探讨了企业文化在高校思想政治教育应用的价值体现形式,主要包括提升高校的校园环境、更新高校的教育理念、完善高校的管理制度、丰富高校的校园文化这四个方面;第四部分,是对企业文化应用于高校思想政治教育作用方式的探讨,主要从人生目标实现、形象塑造等几个方面展开。更多还原

The third part discusses the corporate culture of ideological and political education in colleges and universities of the value of the application form, including colleges and universities to enhance the campus environment, updating the concept of university education and improve the management system of colleges and universities to enrich the campus culture of colleges and universities in these four areas; article four parts, is used in corporate culture the role of ideological and political education of the way, mainly from the realization of their goals in life, such as image-building in several aspects.更多还原
