多高层住宅钢筋混凝土结构控制含钢量的措施

【摘要】 多高层住宅钢筋混凝土结构设计时,应满足安全适用、技术先进、经济合理、方便施工的原则。目前,很多房地产开发公司在与设计院签订合同时,增加混凝土折算厚度和单位面积钢筋含量限值的条款,希望减少建筑材料用量,以较低的工程造价,实现企业投入与产出利润最大化。工程设计人员需要增强市场服务意识,通过方案分析,经济比较,满足投资方技术与经济两方面的要求。本文从方案和施工图设计两个阶段着手,总结出控制多高层住宅建筑钢筋混凝土结构含钢量的技术措施。方案阶段中,建筑物的体型是决定含钢量的基本因素,尽量使两主轴方向的动力特性接近,满足规范最大高宽比限值,竖向体型规则,平面形状简单,刚度和承载力分布均匀。柱网尺寸力求均匀,剪力墙布置减小扭转效应,水平构件的布置使荷载传递路径简洁,必要时考虑局部转换和低位转换。高层住宅采用短肢剪力墙或剪力墙结构体系,多层住宅采用异形柱框架-剪力墙结构体系。施工图阶段主要的技术措施包括:选取适用的荷载,适当减少剪力墙数量,高层建筑地下室采用平板式底板,抗拔锚杆与底板协同工作,结构构件采用高强度钢筋和高强混凝土等。通过实例计算分析比较,工程优化设计后含钢量和混凝土单方含量均有一定程度减少,而且原结构安全性能更趋于合理。

【Abstract】 Structural design for reinforced concrete structure of multi-storey and tall residential buildings should observe the principle of security, advanced technology, economic,and convenience for construction.At present, many real estate development companies sign the contract to design institutes, the additional content of the terms of concrete into the thickness, and per unit area of steel. They hope to reduce the volume of building materials, to lower construction cost, to reach the company in maximizing profits and productivity. The designers need to enhance the market service, the programme of economic analysis and comparison, to meet the investor’s requirements of the technical and economic aspects.From the scheme and structural design of two phases, this dissertation summed up out of the measures on control in amount of steel bar in reinforced concrete structure of multi-storey and tall residential buildings. Plan period, the basic element in per unit area of steel is the shape of the building itself. Try to keep both the spindle of the direction of dynamic characteristic near. To regulate the height and width ratio meets the requirements. To be rule vertical shape, simple plain-form, the stiffness and bearing capacity distributed evenly. The axis net size should be even as far as possible. Adjust the shear wall to decline the reverse of the structure. Load transmits in the level structure by a simple path. If necessary, consider to adopt part and lower altitude transformational structure. Tall residential buildings adopt short pier shear wall structures or shear wall structures, multi-storey residential buildings adopt the specially shaped column frame and shear wall structures.Working drawings stage the main technical measures include: select suitable loads, appropriate to reduce the quantity of shear walls, the soleplate of basement in a tall building adopts flat slab, the anchor bar to work cooperatively with the soleplate of basement, structural members to use high-tensile steel bar and high strength concrete, etc.Through the analysis and comparison of some projects, after optimization design, in steel and concrete unilateral level reduce to a certain extent, and the structural safety will be more reasonable.
