输电线路光纤保护现场应用研究

【摘要】 在超高压输电线路纵联保护中,通道起着十分关键的作用。目前主要应用的是载波通道和光纤通道。高频载波通道受线路故障影响,保护可能误动或拒动。此外,高频载波通道环节多,方式单一,故障隐蔽,使得维护工作量大。而采用光纤通道的保护,避免了高频载波通道的诸多问题,在高压电网中将得到越来越广泛的应用。本文从高频保护原理介绍出发,对近年来高频保护在运行过程中出现的问题加以分析,重点研究高频载波通道,发现其中的不足,提出技术改造措施,采用光纤通道提高保护运行可靠性。接着,介绍了光纤保护的特点及光纤通道与继电保护配合的几种方式,分析了光纤通道继电保护具有的优势,重点分析了光纤闭锁式、允许式纵联保护的构成方式,并根据四会变电站220kV线路保护的配置及运行情况提出了220kV线路保护光纤化改造方案。然后,重点讨论光纤保护在实际应用中可能遇到的问题及其解决方法,并运用在四会变电站线路保护光纤化改造中。最后,根据220kV四会站综合改造工程制定了220kV会旺线施工改造方案。

【Abstract】 Channel as the signal transmission path of the pilot protection of HV and EHV transmission lines plays a very key role. At present, high frequency channel and optical fiber channel are widely used. When line fault occurs, the clear impact on high frequency carrier wave channels may easily result in tripping missing or mal operation of the pilot protection. Moreover, because of multi-links, single mode, and invisibility of fault, therefore the work of maintenance is huge. While the application of fiber protection can avid many problems as described above, and fiber protection is more and more widely used in high-voltage grid.The article, starting form the principle of high-frequency protection, analyses the main problems in recent years during operation of the high-frequency protection, mainly researches on the high frequency carrier wave channels, points out the shortcomings of these, and provides technical reform measures such as using fiber channel to improve reliability of operation.Then in this article, the characteristic of pilot protection and the connect ways of optic-fiber channel with relay protection devices is introduced, superiority of fiber-optical protection for the high-frequency protection is analyzed, as well as explained the principles of fiber pilot protections of artesian and allowable. According to the fundamental disposition and the actual operation status of the protection of 220 kV lines in Sihui substation, it put forward the option of reforming.Later, it focuses on the practical application of optical fiber in the protection of the problems encountered in its solution, and it can be a good guide to the application of fiber protection of 220 kV lines in Sihui substation.Finally,the plan for reconstruction of 220 kV Huiwang line is provided.
