几种基于卟啉的氧杂杯芳烃衍生物的合成及性质研究

【摘要】 作为第三代超分子化合物,杯芳烃在最近20多年来引起了广泛的社会兴趣。基于杯芳烃的分子平台特性,可以合成各类杯芳烃衍生物。本文以几种常见的苯甲醛为原料,合成了几种基于卟啉的氧杂杯芳烃衍生物,并借助紫外和荧光等技术研究了它们的光谱性质,初步探索了它们在分析化学中的一些应用。全文共分为四章,主要内容如下:第一章介绍了杯芳烃的起源、衍生化及在分子识别方面的应用,对这些研究进行总结,并结合本实验室的实际情况,提出研究设想。第二章介绍了几种基于卟啉的氧杂杯[4]芳烃及相应的双锌卟啉、双镍卟啉、双铜卟啉和双铁卟啉衍生物的合成及表征。第三章借助荧光和紫外及循环伏安等技术对合成的几种基于卟啉的氧杂杯[4]芳烃及相应的双锌卟啉、双镍卟啉、双铜卟啉和双铁卟啉的性质进行研究,初步探讨了金属离子、溶剂极性、取代基的差异对该类衍生物的光谱和电化学性质影响。第四章是本论文工作的小结,并提出将要进行的研究计划。

【Abstract】 As the third general supramolecular compounds, Calixarenes have received particular interests in past two decades. All kinds of calixarene derivatives may be obtained considering the molecular“Platform or building block”, based on calix[n]arene skeletons. In this paper, several kinds of oxacalix[4]arene linked porphyrins derivatives were synthesized using several familiar benzaldehydes as original reactants and some of their porpeties were studied by the fluorescence and UV-Vis methods. The content consists of following four chapters:In chapter 1, a general introduction to the origin of calixarenes and the progress of their application on molecular recognition was presented. Based on the concerning updated development and our experiment conditions, the research proposal for this thesis was designed.In chapter 2, several Oxacalix[4]arene linked porphyrins as free bases, biszinc,bisnickel, biscopper and bisiron complexes were synthesized and characterized in detail.In chapter 3, The spectral and electrical properties of several oxacalix[4]arene linked porphyrins as free bases, biszinc,bisnickel, biscopper and bisiron complexes were studied by UV-vis、fluorescence technique and cyclic voltammograms method.In chapter 4, the work of this thesis was summarized briefly, and the following research in future was proposed.
