PVA缓释薄膜的制备及其缓释性能的研究

【摘要】 聚乙烯醇(polyvinyl alcohol—PVA)是一种环保高分子化合物,具有良好的水溶性、优良的成膜性。近年来,随着高分子材料科学不断发展,PVA材料已成为一种可应用于医药工业、农业生产、食品工业、环境保护等众多领域且具有发展潜力的功能高分子膜材料。本文进行了钢带流涎法制备PVA缓释薄膜试验,并根据企业标准对其缓释性能进行了机理和表征研究。在PVA缓释膜制备过程中,配方及工艺参数的确定直接影响到膜的性能和生产效率,为了确定钢带流涎法制备PVA缓释膜的合理配方和工艺参数,本实验使用株洲蓝海包装有限公司钢带流涎机,以胶料配方、工艺参数为实验因素对PVA薄膜进行了性能研究,通过单因素试验对PVA薄膜进行感官评价、光学与力学性能比较,探讨各因素的影响作用,并最终确定各因素的可行范围。基于成膜过程中胶料浓度、加热温度、胶层厚度存在交互关系,本文采取二次正交旋转组合设计法对PVA水溶胶进行了变工艺流涎试验研究,通过EXCEL、DPS数据处理系统对实验数据进行处理,从而建立了以薄膜综合质量为指标的数学回归方程,得出了较优的工艺配方组合。针对传统的缓释膜缓释速率表征只限于特种药物的现状,本文根据企业标准通过自制装置以水为载体,通过水的渗透率客观评价PVA缓释膜的缓释速率。并根据不同醇解度PVA溶解性能各异的原理,采用电子扫描电镜、电子显微镜观察其微观结构,对其缓释机理进行了探讨和研究。

【Abstract】 PVA (polyvinyl alcohol-PVA) is an environmental Friendly polymeric material, and it has the following special characteristics: good water solubility, excellent film-forming. In recent years, with the polymer materials science continuously developing, PVA have become a potential functional polymer membrane material which can be used in the many areas such as pharmaceutical industry、agricultural production、food industry、environmental protection. In this article,PVA release film was prepared by strip casting, and according to enterprise standards the mechanism of slow-release and rate of slow-release characterization was studied.In the production process of PVA slow-release film, formulation and process parameters directly affect the membrane performance and production efficiency. In order to determine the reasonable formula and technology parameters of producing PVA slow-release membrane which was experimented by using the steel strip machine of Zhuzhou Ocean Packing Company Limited, both of the formula and process parameters were discussed. Through single factor test sensory evaluation、optical and mechanical performance of PVA films were comparised, each factor’s influence was explored and factors parameters practicable was obtained ultimately.Based on the interactive technological parameters (sizing concentration, the Heating temperature and substrate thickness) of PVA release film, the quadratic rotation-orthogonal combination design was adopted to design the experiment. With data processing system (EXCEL、DPS) to deal with the datum which were derived in the experiment, and Established mathematical regression equation according to comprehensive quality of films for the index,then the optimized and combined technological parameters achieved through the analysis testing to the integrative index.compared to the traditional situation that The characterization of release rate of sustained-release film limited with special drug, in the paper water was used as the carrier according to corporate standards by Home-made device. The release rate of PVA sustained-release film was evaluated through infiltration. In addition, according to the diversity solubility of diffient alcoholysis degree, the microstructure was observed by using scanning electron microscope and electron microscope and then its release mechanism is also discussed and studied.
