基于开源GIS(MapWinGIS)的水资源管理系统应用研究

【摘要】 出现于上世纪的开源GIS软件,如今已得到了迅速发展。许多基于开源GIS软件的优秀开源项目已逐步为人们接受并使用。这又进一步的促进了开源GIS的发展。本文介绍了开源软件的优势,并对众多开源GIS软件对比分析,探讨了如何使用开源资源。并采取MapWinGIS以玛纳斯河水资源管理GIS系统项目为基础,先解决了本文中所涉及到的地图数据格式转换问题,再通过各个功能的运行结果证明了开源GIS的开发方式不但速度快、安全性好而且可以满足大多数用户的需求。这对于一些仅仅需要GIS简单要求的中小型用户而言,省去了花大笔资金购买价格昂贵的商用GIS软件。随着开源组织的壮大和商业公司的参与,开源GIS成为主流运营方式的时代不久将到来。

【Abstract】 Begin in last century, open source GIS is developing rapidly. Many excellent open source GIS projects have been accepted gradually.this phenomenon propel the development of open source GIS.This paper introduce the advantage of open source software and analysis a number of software. Meanwhile, we researched how to use the open source resource .sometime, I took a piece of manashi river management GIS system project as a example, using MapWinGIS. I validate that open source GIS is not only rapid and safe but also meet most of users’needs through the result. However , regarding some middle and small scale users, they only have some simply demand of GIS. It is not necessary to use expensive commercial GIS software. With the grandness of open source institute and entrance of commercial business, Open source GIS will be the mainstream in the feature.
