天津信息服务业竞争力评价与预测研究

【摘要】 现代信息服务业作为横跨信息技术与服务内容所衍生出来的现代新兴服务业,正逐渐融入全球经济的各个环节之中,它既是发达国家服务经济发展的重点产业,也是发展中国家形成新产业体系的切入点之一。文章通过对天津信息服务业的现状分析,从行业竞争力模型中提炼出具体指标,并通过层次分析法得出北京、上海、天津的信息服务业竞争力指数;最后给出天津市信息服务业发展策略。
【Abstract】 The modern information service,as a new industry deriving from the intersection of informational technology and service,is gradually merging into all the parts of he global economy,which is both a key industry servicing economy in developed countries, and a proper access to the new industrial system in developing countries.In this paper, we describe the development of information services industry in Tianjin. This essay , the evaluation system of competitiveness of information service industry , is constructed by means of AHP.In addition by taking 3 cities for example,we rank the competitiveness index by dealing with the original data . And then it puts forward some strategies of the information service industry in Tianjin.
