【摘要】 20世纪80年代以来,我国一直关注寄宿制学校的发展状况,寄宿制学校在贫困地区,特别是少数民族地区,是一种行之有效地办学模式。在国家各种政策倾斜与关注下,寄宿制学校建设逐步规范化,加上近几年我国针对义务教育阶段实施“寄宿制学校建设工程”、“两免一补”等政策,西部地区特别是少数民族地区的寄宿制教育得到了快速良好的发展。本篇论文以广西壮族自治区都安瑶族自治县隆福乡六山村瑶族村落的小学为调查点,从社会人文的视角,了解当地寄宿制的发展历史以及现实状况,发现寄宿制在当地得到高度认可的同时,也存在着许多现实的问题。通过探究寄宿制管理不规范、校舍设施不健全、寄宿生产生社会化偏差等方面问题产生的原因,分析寄宿制对瑶族地区教育的影响,通过对这些影响正反两方面的分析,为瑶族地区教育发展提供确实可行的范本。更多还原

【Abstract】 Sine 1980s,China has showed consistent concern and support for the development of boarding school. Boarding school is a kind of effective model in running a school,especially in ethnic minority areas.Under the attentions of all kinds of national policies,the building of boarding school has gradually becomes standardized. In recent years, with the implementation of some policies such as“the project of building boarding school”and“two exemptions and compensation”,the education of boarding school has been developing quite well in the western regions, especially in ethnic minority areas. Taking the primary school of Liusan village of Yao ethnic group in Duan Yao Nationality Autonomous as the field site, from the angle of humanities, this article tries to learn about the development history and current situation of local boarding school,finding that being highly approved by local people, however, there are still many parctical problems. By studying the reasons for some problems, such as non- standard management system ,imperfect school buildings,students’characteristical problems and so on ,and analyzing the positive and negative effects of boarding school system on local education,this article can offer a reliable model for the education development of Yao minority areas.更多还原
