土壤中的锰及其在土壤—蔬菜系统中转移的研究

【摘要】 本文在调查福建省9个县(区)的10大类21个品种220个蔬菜和相应表层土壤含锰状况的基础上,研究了土壤锰的有效性及其影响因素和锰在土壤-蔬菜体系中的转移规律,主要结果如下:供试土壤表层全锰含量为107.53-2319.69 mg.kg-1,平均为457.49 mg.kg-1。供试土壤有效锰(DTPA)含量为2.48-391.21 mg.kg-1,平均值为54.85 mg.kg-1。土壤锰的有效度在2.03%-48.94%之间,平均为11.97%。供试土壤锰供应能力较强。供试蔬菜可食用部分的锰含量(以鲜基计算)变化范围在5.10—274.87 mg.kg-1,平均值为55.30 mg.kg-1。供试蔬菜基本未遭受明显锰污染。除了蒜外,其余供试蔬菜可食用部分锰含量与土壤全锰均不存在显著相关,土壤全锰与蔬菜可食用部分锰的富集量之间没有直接联系。除了萝卜、小白菜、丝瓜外,其余供试蔬菜锰含量与土壤有效锰含量之间不存在显著相关,可能是因为土壤理化性质、气候条件、施肥管理水平、作物生长状况等因素对蔬菜吸收锰的影响超过了土壤有效锰含量的影响。土壤-蔬菜锰转移系数随着土壤全锰含量、土壤有效锰含量的升高而降低,转移系数与土壤全锰或有效锰之间的关系大部分可以用幂方程(y=axb)进行描述。根据供试土壤的全锰与有效锰含量范围,我们在全锰450mg.kg-1,有效锰50mg.kg-1两个浓度点上分别估算了各蔬菜品种对土壤锰的转移系数(全量基和有效基)。以有效基转移系数为依据,供试蔬菜对土壤锰的富集能力大小依次为:空心菜>菠菜>芹菜>春菜>小白菜>茭白>豇豆>芥菜>四季豆>蒜>葫瓜>油菜>大白菜>花瓶菜>包菜>丝瓜>茄子>西红柿>六角瓜>花菜>萝卜。

【Abstract】 The content and availability of Mn in the agricultural soils in Fujian Province, the factors influencing the accumulation and the availability of Mn in the soils, and the transfer characteristics of Mn from the soils to the edible parts of various vegetables were studied based on an investigation carried out over 9 counties in Fujian province.220 vegetable samples including 21 species of 10 groups of vegetables and the corresponding surface soil samples were collected for this study. The main results were as follows:The total Mn contents of the surface soils ranged between 107.53 and 2319.69 mg.kg-1 with an average of 457.49mg.kg-1.The DTPA-extractable Mn Mn of the soils varied from 2.48 to 391.21 mg.kg-1 with a mean of 54.85mg.kg-1.The available degree (DTPA-extracble Mn/total Mn) of the soil Mn varied from 2.03% to 48.94% with a mean of 11.97%. The soils showed a good capability to provide Mn to pants.The Mn contents (fresh weight basis) of the various kinds of vegetables ranged between 5.10 and 274.87 mg.kg-1 with an average of 55.30 mg.kg-1.As a whole, the vegetables produced in these regions were safe for cosumption.The Mn concentrations in the edible parts of most of the vegetables species did not significantly correlated with both the soil total and available Mn, which may be attributed to the effects of the factors other than the soil Mn status, such as gricultural managements, climate, afertilization and gowth characteristics. Soil-to-plant transfer factors of Mn (total Mn based or available Mn based) decreased with the increase of soil total Mn and available Mn, most of which can be best described by exponential equation (y=axb)According to the ranges of the total and available Mn of the soils studied, the representative Mn accumulation index of each vegetable were estimated based on the regression equations between the transfer factors and the soil total Mn or available Mn at the concentrations of 450 mg.kg-1(total Mn) and 50 mg.kg-1 (available Mn), respectively. All the vegetable species studied were put in order according to their difference in the transfer factor based on available Mn at 50 mg.kg-1 of available Mn:water spinach>spinach>celery>lettuce>pakchoi>wild rice stem> cowpea>leaf mustard>kidney bean>garlic>bottle gourd>rape>Chinese cabbage>vase vegetables>cabbage>towel gourd>eggplant>tomato>hexagon melon>cauliflower>radish。
