【摘要】 本课题研究通过对顺昌县大圣文化与顺昌特色县域经济发展研究,深入剖析文化与经济基础、经济活动等社会基本因素的密切关系,并延伸到顺昌县域经济发展的具体实践。将大圣文化及其民俗进行挖掘和系统的策划、整合、实施,使其与县域经济活动紧密联系,互为条件和动力,以求提升县域经济的价值和品位,从而拉动其全面发展。发展县域经济已成为全面建设和谐小康社会的关键。当今,文化与经济相互交融,文化发展影响着经济发展,文化素质决定着经济素质。但在县域经济的大盘子里,文化生产力的进入远远不够,成为一个值得关注的问题。顺昌县自古流传的,以齐天大圣、通天大圣民间信仰及其民俗为核心内容的大圣文化具有其独特性,与县域经济基础、经济活动等社会基本因素有着密切的关系,并对县域经济产生深远的影响。但其融入县域经济的发展模式、发展战略尚处在探索阶段,有关研究较少,文化产业与文化旅游业基本空白。国内对县域经济的研究近几年才兴起,文化如何融入特色县域经济发展方面的研究也起步较晚,可供参考的资料有限。在此前提下,本课题的研究具有破题意义,也是本课题的特色与创新之处。课题研究从阐释文化与县域经济的内涵及其发展入手,对顺昌大圣文化资源及其作为独具特色的文化生产力进行论证分析,指出顺昌县域经济发展现状与症结,进而分析阐述大圣文化与顺昌特色县域经济发展的关系,提出大圣文化融入顺昌特色县域经济发展的对策。第一次较全面系统地调整和明确顺昌特色县域经济发展的总体思路,包括规划体系、指导思想、基本原则、发展目标和县级政府的职能定位等多个方面。研究提出,将大圣文化融入城市经营,融入大圣祖地的县域形象定位实现创新,树立大旅游观念,突出县域特色,联动旅游相关产业,实行差异化经营,重视品牌力量和文化支撑能力建设,在通过不断深化经济体制改革来发展物质生产的同时,不断地进行文化体制改革,进一步解放和发展文化生产力,以大圣文化品牌建设带动旅游发展,以旅游发展促进大圣文化产业发展。从宏观上确立全面建设海西绿色腹地特色文化经济县域的发展战略,提出以316国道沿线为主轴,以大圣文化生态旅游圈、双溪商贸圈、城郊工业圈、传统农林圈为“四轮”的“一轴四圈、四轮驱动”区域发展新格局,推动特色县域经济发展。在研究方法上,将文化经济学、区域经济学、市场营销学理论与方法应用到特色县域经济发展研究上,主要采用了文献研究法和内容分析法相结合的综合研究方法来开展研究,具体涉及到归纳法、比较分析法等。文献研究方法主要应用于分析文化与县域经济的内涵及其发展、顺昌大圣文化资源与独具特色的文化生产力、顺昌县域经济发展现状与症结。而在大圣文化与顺昌特色县域经济发展的关系、大圣文化融入顺昌特色县域经济发展的对策,以及对国内特色县域经济发展方面的研究上,则采用了内容分析法、归纳法、比较分析法；在实证方面,体现在查阅顺昌文化、旅游、经贸等政府部门的资料,挖掘整理所需的研究素材与数据,并对相关研究成果、成功案例进行借鉴、筛选,应用到课题研究。课题研究综合前人观点,结合国民经济发展实际,较客观总结提炼了关于县域经济的概念。即县域经济是宏观经济与微观经济的中介,以行政区划为地理空间,遵循科学发展观,以县级政权为主要推动,以发展本地经济为宗旨,以市场为导向,优化配置自然、经济、社会资源,具有地域特色和相对独立、功能完备、系统开放但又具有明显弱性特征的区域经济。定义了大圣文化,是指顺昌人民在以顺昌地域为主体环境,生存发展与社会历史实践中所形成的,以齐天大圣信仰为核心的一系列物质与精神财富的总和。大圣文化是宗教文化与民俗文化长期有机融合的特有文化,属于狭义的大众民俗文化范畴。其物质与非物质遗存,是反映人们生活经验、思想观念与信仰崇拜的文化遗产。论证辩析了大圣文化与顺昌特色县域经济发展的关系,提出大圣文化作为文化生产力的概念,并赋予了新的诠释。更多还原
