【摘要】 目的：对加味香砂六君子颗粒治疗小儿肺脾气虚型慢性咳嗽的临床研究。方法：通过对导师的经验总结和文献的综合研究,制订临床研究方案,将60例符合小儿肺脾气虚型慢性咳嗽纳入标准的门诊患儿按2：1分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组40例,对照组20例。对两组患儿的一般情况、病程、症状和体征以及实验室检查进行比较,依据患儿年龄大小,治疗组与对照组分别给予相应剂量的加味香砂六君子颗粒剂及盐酸氨溴索颗粒,2周为1疗程,治疗1个疗程后,对两组治疗后在疾病疗效和症状、体征疗效的改善进行比较。疗程结束后1个月对两组患儿进行复查。结果：1.近期疗效比较：治疗组在改善症状和体征上皆优于对照组(P<0.05),有统计学意义。2.远期疗效的比较：对两组的复发率进行比较,治疗组的复发率少于对照组(P<0.05),有统计学意义。结论：加味香砂六君子颗粒治疗小儿肺脾气虚型慢性咳嗽的疗效甚佳；其对症状和体征的改善,治疗病程短于使用盐酸氨溴索颗粒者。更多还原

【Abstract】 Object:to obs erve the curative effect of modified Xiangshaliujunzi granules on chronic cough (Qi deficiency of the lung and spleen syndrome).Methods:60 cases of Patients with Qi deficiency of the lung and spleen was divided into two groups—40 in treating group and 20 of contrast group.Compare the general conditions,the process of disease,syptoms and physical sighs and examination checking results of the two group.according to disease,symptoms and examination checking results of the two group.According to the age of the kid patients,administer the granules of modified Xiangshaliujunzi and Ambroxol Hydrochloride granules respcetively to each group of proper dosage;the whole treating process is half month altogether, judging the clinical effcet by comparing with the improvement of the symptoms.Results:1.short-term effect comparision:in comparision with the contrast group,the treating group is better in improving the symptoms and physical signs (p<0.05);2.ong-term effect comparision:the rate of relapse of the treating group is less than the contrast group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Modified Xiangshaliujunzi takes certain effect in treating chronic cough and has better effect in improving the symptoms and physical signs and shortening the process of the disease.更多还原
