【摘要】 【目的】观察痛风清解汤治疗急性痛风性关节炎的临床疗效【方法】将80例患者随机分成两组,治疗组与对照组各40例。治疗组给予自拟痛风清解汤治疗；对照组给予痛风定胶囊口服治疗。连续治疗一周,观察两组患者关节肿痛症状和实验室检查相关指标的变化。【结果】痛风清解汤治疗急性痛风性关节炎总有效率达92.5%,与痛风定胶囊对照组(87.5%)比较有显著差异(P<0.05)。治疗组可明显降低关节红肿热痛症状指标总分数,优于痛风定胶囊对照组(P<0.05)；治疗组治疗前后各项实验室指标(血沉、血尿酸、C反应蛋白)明显下降,优于痛风定胶囊对照组(P<0.05)。【结论】痛风清解汤治疗急性痛风性关节炎有较好的疗效,能明显改善关节临床症状；具有降低血尿酸、血沉、C反应蛋白等作用；无毒副作用,临床应用安全性佳。具有临床开发应用的广阔前景。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:observe clinical curative effect of TONGFENGQINGJIETANG to the acute gout arthritisMethods:80 patients were randomly divided into two groups, Treatment group and control group 40 cases. The treatment group received treatment from the proposed TONGFENGQINGJIETANG; Control group received oral treatment of TFD Capsule. Continuous treatment of the week. Joint swelling and pain were observed in patients with associated symptoms and laboratory indices.Results:Treatment of acute gouty arthritis TONGFENGQINGJIETANG total effective rate of 92.5%, Control group given TFD capsules(87.5%) were significantly different (P<0.05) TONGFENGQINGJIETANG could remarkably lower BUA, ESR and CRP; clinical symptoms were improved significantly.Conclusion:The above results show that TONGFENGQINGJIETANG is an effective arthrifuge.
