【摘要】 目的：观察荥合配穴加常规取穴对面神经炎的疗效,探寻针刺治疗面神经炎的机理,为本病寻求更有效的治疗方法。方法：将门诊60例合格的病例,随机分为2组。治疗组30例,采用荥合配穴(内庭与足三里)加常规取穴治疗；对照组30例,采用常规取穴治疗。依据第五次国际面神经外科专题研究研讨会推荐的H-B面神经功能评价分级系统进行疗效评定,观察疗程为四周。结果：每组患者症状的H-B评分治疗前与治疗四周后均有显著统计学意义(P<0.01),治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05),同组内患者,患病年龄小、病程短治疗效果显著(P<0.05)；治疗组治愈率有显著性提高(P<0.05)。结论：荥合配穴加常规取穴能够提高面神经炎的疗效,减少后遗症发生；荥合配穴加常规取穴能够提高面神经炎的治愈率更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:Observe the clinical effect of brook-sea point combination plus conventional acupuncture on acute facial neuritis, Explore the mech-anism of acupuncture therapy for facial neuritis to search for more effective treatment.Methods:The sixty cases of qualified outpatient were randomly divided into two groups:the treatment group (30 cases), treated with brook-sea point (ST44 and ST36) combination plus conventional acupuncture; while the control group (30 cases) only treated with conventional acupuncture. According to the House-Brackmann (H-B) facial nerve grading systems which were recommended by the fifth International Symposium of Facial Neurosurgery, the evaluation lasted four weeks.Results:The H-B scoring which is based on the symptoms between before and after treatment is significantly different in each group (P<0.01). The treatment group is better than the control(P<0.05). Within the group, the younger patients, short disease duration can get more satisfactory effect(P<0.05).The recovery rate of the treatment group is raised visibly(P <0.05).Conclusion:Using brook-sea point combination plus conventional acupuncture can improve the efficacy of facial neuritis, as well as reduce the sequelae. It also can improve the cure rate of facial neuritis.更多还原
