【摘要】 目的：观察原络配穴加常规取穴对急性面神经炎的临床疗效。方法：将门诊60例病例,随机分为2组。治疗组30例,采用原络配穴(丰隆和冲阳)加常规取穴治疗；对照组30例,采用常规取穴法。观察指标：面瘫主要症状、体征的变化。参照第五次国际面神经外科专题研究研讨会推荐的House-Brackmann(H-B)面神经功能评价分级系统确定,进行各项指标的评分。疗效标准：参照第五次国际面神经外科专题研究研讨会推荐的House-Brackmann(H-B)面神经功能评价分级系统确定。结果：治疗四周后,两组患者的症状有明显的改善,治疗组的治愈率与对照组相比有显著提高(P<0.05),而无效率则明显低于对照组,且同组内病程短者较病程长者效果更显著(P<0.05)。结论：面神经炎早期治疗采用原络配穴加常规取穴法能达到更满意的疗效。此方法能显著改善患者的症状、体征,提高治愈率及愈显率,具有疗效好、疗程短的优势,值得在临床上推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:Observe the clinical effect of yuan and luo point combination plus conventional acupuncture on acute facial neuritis.Methods:Sixty outpatient cases were randomly divided into two groups: the treatment group (30 cases), treated with yuan and luo point (ST42 and ST-40) combination plus conventional acupuncture; and the control (30 cases) o-nly treated with conventional acupuncture.Observation indexes:the main symptoms and signs of facial paralysis. Refer to the fifth International Facial Neurosurgery Symposium recommended House-Brackmann(H-B) facial nerve grading scale to process differing levels of severity. Effect standard:the fifth International Facial Neurosurgery Symposium which recommended the House-Brackmann(H-B) facial nerve.Results:After four weeks of treatment, two groups of outpatient’s symp-toms were improved. The rate of cures of the treatment group was significant-ly increased (P<0.05) and the probability of inefficiency was obviously lower than the control.And in the same group,short disease duration can get more satisfactory effect than long.Conclusion:Using yuan and luo point combination plus conventional ac-upuncture on the early stage of the facial neuritis can get more satisfactory r-esults. This method can obviously improve patient’s symptom, enhance the c-ure rate and the remarkably effective rate. They have the advantages, includi-ng better effectiveness, fewer curing time, which is worthy promoting in the clin-ical application.更多还原
