三亚红沙海岸地基基础设计与施工

【摘要】 论文主要对三亚红沙海岸工程地基处理方案进行论证比较并对施工工艺及检测报告进行了详细的描述,对建设场地的境、工程地质条件及岩土工程条件做了必要的叙述。文中最为重要的部分是设计计算和施工部分。在该部分分别对天然地基、水泥土搅拌桩复合地基,水泥粉煤灰碎石桩复合地基及预应力混凝土管桩进行了复合地基及桩基承载力计算。在满足工程需要的前提下,对各种处理方案进行了经济性的简单对比。其中管桩是一种近几年才发展起来的桩型。因其具有很多优点,故具有很广泛的应用前景。管桩的主要的优点有:低噪声、无振动、无污染、施工速度快、可24小时连续施工;同时场地整洁,文明程度高;由于送桩器与工程桩桩头的接触面吻合较好,送桩器在送桩过程中不会左右晃动和上下跳动,因而可以送桩较深,基础开挖后的截去量少;施工过程中,桩身不会出现拉应力,桩头一般都完好无损,较易复压。当然也有其不足之处,其不足之处简单介绍如下:桩具有挤土效应,对周围环境有一定影响,要求边桩中心到相邻建筑物的间距较大;对施工场地要求较高,在新填土、淤泥土及积水浸泡过的场地施工易陷机;不宜在地下障碍物或孤石较多的场地施工;过大的压桩力(夹持力)易使管桩破坏。

【Abstract】 The main contents in this article is to deal with the foundation of 8# floor of Hongshahaian District Sanya. Inside this text did the necessary description to environment, engineering geological condition and geotechnicil engineering condition of the construction area. The most important part of this article is the design calculation part. in this part,respectively made composite foundation and loading dint calculation respectively to the natural foundation,cement soil mixed blend composite foundation,Cement Flyash Gravel Pile composite foundation and concrete pipe pile. At first satisfied the engineering demand and later made a simple economy contrast to every kind of the handle.Pipe pile is a new pile type which development in the last few years. Because it have a lot of advantages, So it have the very extensive apply foreground. The main advantages of the pile foundation is:Low noise,no vibration and no pollution.have quick construction speed and can continue construction in 24 hours; At the same time,the ground is clean and neat and the civilization degree is high; Because of the sending machine fits together with the contact face of the engineering pile head very well, the sending machine in the process of senging piles can’t vibration right and left and jump up and down, as a result it can send the pile deeper, the pile will be cut down little after openning dug; In construction process,pile shaft can’t appear tensile stress, the head of the pile is general prefect,and reply to press is easily.Certainly, there is also not enough place,there is a simple introduction about it,now it as follows:the pile make the soil crowded andhave certain influence to the surroundings,requesting side pile center arriving close building is more longer; the request to the construction eara is higher,in made ground, silt soil and the area that water soaked construction district will make the machine sink easily; Is not suitable for construction in the area in which there is more abattis underground or lonestone; Over pile pressure ( clamping force) will make the pile breakage easily.
