C公司会展业务发展研究

【摘要】 人类的发展已经进入信息化时代,各行各业信息更新加快,所处的环境日新月异。如今,全球经济危机还在持续,企业面临严峻挑战,要在激烈的竞争中存活、发展,就需要对企业整体进行评估,以战略的角度来调整企业的行为,控制企业的发展方向。而且原本制定的策略计划时效在缩短,需要不断进行修正以适应变化,这就需要对企业发展进行研究。本文以我国特定会展企业——C公司为研究对象,根据我国会展企业的经营状况,探讨会展企业的发展之路。本文通过资料数据,利用波特行业五力模型等工具,对C公司会展业务所具有的优势和存在问题进行了详细剖解和探讨,分析产生的原因,结合企业的自身情况,制定了C公司今后的发展策略及发展建议。全文共分六章:第一章介绍论文的思路和一些基本概念;第二章介绍了会展业的兴起与作用。第三章进行C公司会展业务的优势、问题及原因分析;第四章提出C公司会展业务的发展策略;第五章为推进C公司会展业务进一步发展的一些建议;第六章总结结论、提出不足。本文的研究将对目前C公司的会展业务生存环境和今后企业的不断发展起了总体性谋划作用,同时也为会展行业其他企业如何在当今复杂的外部环境中摆脱困境,取得优势,不断发展,具有一定的借鉴和参考意义。本文不足之处首先在于笔者对行业的总体把握深度不够,所得到的信息资料不甚完备,对问题的分析和诊断因个人水平有限而不够精准;其次就是本文提出的是基于理论上的策略建议,对于C公司以后的实际操作过程中有无采纳,在本文中无法作跟踪调查,也无法对结果作进一步确认和评价。

【Abstract】 Human beings have entered the information age. The update of information of all works is accelerating, and the environment is changing quickly. Today, the global economic crisis is continuing. Consequently, companies are faced with serious challenges. In order to survive and thrive in the fierce competition, it is necessary to assess the needs of the enterprise as a whole and to adjust he behavior of enterprises and control their developing direction from a strategic perspective. In addition, the effectiveness of original strategic development plan is being shortened, so the plans need to be adapted accordingly to changes. That requires the research on the development of the enterprise. This paper focuses its study on the specific exhibition business in China, C Company and aims to explore the development of the exhibition business by analyzing the operating conditions of exhibition business in China.By employing a large amount of data and the tools like the Michael Porter’s five forces model, this paper explores and analyzes the advantages and problems in the exhibition business of C Company and attempts to provide proposals for the future development of the Company.This paper is divided into six chapters:The first chapter introduces the idea of paper and some basic concepts. The second chapter describes the rise and role of convention and exhibition industry. The third chapter deals with the advantages of C Company exhibition business, the problem and cause analysis. The fourth chapter is about the development strategy of the exhibition business of C Company exhibition. The fifth chapter copes with C Company exhibition to promote the further development of business proposals. The sixth chapter gives the conclusions and summarizes the shortcomings of this paper.This study presents C Company’s living environment and the future convention business enterprises from the totality of the development planning role, but also for the exhibition industry, how other companies in today’s complex external environment, overcome adversity, gain advantage and continuous development of reference for a certain significance.The first of the inadequacies is that the author cannot have an overall grasp of the depth of the industry and has not enough information, less complete analysis and diagnosis of the problem not enough accurate are due to the individual level limited. The second is that the proposed policy recommendations based on a theoretical for C Company In the future whether the adoption of the actual operation can not be tracked in this paper, nor can it further confirm the results and evaluation.
