【摘要】 土地资源是国家经济可持续发展的重要基础。其中,对于耕地资源的管理更是土地资源管理与利用的重中之重。“土地开发整理专题地理信息系统”的建立,促进了兰州市国土资源管理部门对“土地开发整理项目”的有效管理,从而达到合理、有效的利用土地资源,推进农村经济建设的目的。本文详细介绍了“土地开发整理专题地理信息系统”在研发过程中采用的关键技术、系统实现的整体方案、技术架构、组织方式、功能构成、系统实施过程等内容。并根据当前技术的发展,对系统在今后的升级、更新过程中可能用到的技术、架构与实现方式进行了阐述。文中对系统中的关键实现点,如“基础地理空间数据的配置与定义”、“土地开发整理项目空间数据版本控制”、“土地开发整理项目数据导出”、“地理空间数据的制图与打印”等内容进行了较为详细的描述,并辅以代码示例。“土地开发整理专题地理信息系统”基于GIS技术,依托成熟的GIS应用软件ArcGIS,实时、动态的管理“土地开发整理项目”在整个实施过程中的各类文档、图、表资料数据以及地理空间数据,为相关的国土资源管理部门提业务管理水平；科学、合理的规划土地利用提供了有力的保障。更多还原

【Abstract】 Land resources is an important basis for sustainable development of pay. Among them, the management for cultivated land resources management and utilization of the land is important.
