双变量交交变频频段相位控制自然过渡方法研究

【摘要】 变频调速技术已广泛应用在工业生产,为生产企业带来巨大的效益,同时也出现了相应的问题。本文以变频调速过程中频段切换的平稳性能及相关内容为对象进行研究。首先,介绍了双变量交交变频控制理论,详细分析了其控制规律和控制方式,结合零式接法的六脉波交交变频电路,研究了双变量控制下的优化方法。其次,在交交变频采用双变量控制规律下的输出频率范围的基础上,结合变频运行中的要求,总结了三类变频切换方式,分别对每类切换方式进行详细分析;并建立了变频切换仿真模型,对切换过程进行仿真,验证了实现分频之间平稳切换的可行性,并对切换方法对比分析确定实验中采用的切换方案。最后设计制作了六脉波交交变频系统,对交交变频的输出和频段切换实验进行研究。实验结果表明,在双变量理论下,变频系统根据频段级差采用不同的切换方法可以实现频段平稳切换过程,运行效果良好。

【Abstract】 Variable-frequency regulating speed technology has been widely used in industrial production, brings the huge benefits and corresponding problems to enterprises.This paper researched the frequency band conversion processt and related content.First, introduced the double-variable control theory, analysis the control rule and method. Combined the six pulse zero converter circuit, studies the wavefoem optimization method under the control of double-variable.Secondly, combined with the requirements of frequency conversion, puts forward three kinds of frequency switching mode, and makes a detailed analysis separately for each switch mode.Builded the simulation model to simulate for the frequency switching process, verified the feasibility of realizing the smooth switch with different frequency. Compared and analysised the switching scheme to determine switch precepts dopted in the experiment. Finally, made six pulse converter converter and researched the output and frequency switching. Experimental results showed that under the double-variable, inverter system using differential different switching methods based on frequency band, can realize smooth transition process, and the motor can run well.
