钢管混凝土柱—工字钢梁半刚性节点有限元分析

【摘要】 方钢管混凝土钢框架结构由于具有综合经济效益好、强度高、延性好、抗震性能优越、施工周期短等优点,其应用越来越广泛。但我国对方钢管混凝土柱-工字钢梁节点的理论和试验研究较少,因此开展方钢管混凝土柱-工字钢梁节点的受力性能研究,对于促进方钢管混凝土柱框架的推广应用具有重要的理论意义与工程应用价值。由于节点形式的多样性和受力的复杂性,国内外对方钢管混凝土柱一工字钢梁连接节点方面的研究尚处于起步阶段,很不完善,尤其是对半刚性节点受力性能的研究。本文通过低周反复试验深入研究方钢管混凝土柱与钢梁相接节点的受力性能。而后对方钢管混凝土柱-工字钢梁节点试件的实际尺寸进行三维实体建模,运用有限元软件ANSYS进行非线性分析,有限元分析得出的结果与试验结果较为吻合。本文采用分离式模型,应用不同单元类型模拟混凝土、钢梁、钢管、螺栓,考虑螺栓与钢材之间的粘结滑移性能,对于钢管内的混凝土和钢管壁受荷下的粘结关系采用完全粘结的假定。结果表明,有限元计算误差比较小,模型合理。在此基础上,利用模型对节点的不同影响因子做了定性的分析。结果表明,钢管壁厚度、梁高度、翼缘厚度、腹板厚度、角钢厚度的增大对节点承载力提高是有利的,其中梁高度影响最大,钢管壁厚对节点承载力几乎没有多大影响。最后,对本文写作过程中遇到的问题进行了总结,提出方钢管混凝土共同工作性能研究中有待于进一步深入的问题,并对方钢管混凝土结构的广阔应用前景进行了展望。

【Abstract】 The concrete filled square steel tube (CFSST) column steel frame structures are more and more widely used for the advantages such as more economical, higher strength, better rigidity and seismic performance, short construction period and so on. But there are little theory and test research of the connections between the concrete filled square steel tube columns and H shape steel beams in our county,so it has important theory and application value to research the connections between the CFSST columns and H shape steel beams for the development and application of the CFSST column frames .All over the world,the experirnental study on seismic performance of CFSST columns and H shape steel beams connections, especially semi-rgid connections,is elementary for their different forms and complicated seismic performance.To research The Capacity behavior of CFSST columns and H shape steel beams connections,four different Specimens are designed and tested under the low cycle reverse loads. The 3D solid finite element models are built by the dimension of the CFSST specimens, and the nonlinear finite element analysis is done using software ANSYS. The results of finite element analysis coincide to the results of the experiments. According to the character of CFSST ioints,spread-finite element model is adopted.Different element types are used in the models and bond-slip behavior is taken into account between the steel bolt and steel.all components on the core of CFST ioint.We assumed that Concrete and steel tube are fully bonded. A good correlation between the finite element models and the experimental results is obtained.An analysis is developed for influence factors that have some influence on the CFSST ioints’behavior.The results show that the thickness of steel tube, the height of beam , the thickness of flange ,the thickness of web , the thickness of angle have a good andvisible effect on the capacity of joints;the height of beam has large influence , the thickness of steel tube has little influence.At last, several problems which are arising while the paper is writing have been summarized. And the author put forward some problems of the study on the cooperation status in-between steel tube and in-core concrete in CFSST structures to be researched more deeply and makes an expectation of the wider applied foreground of CFSST structures.
