“定岗双元”人才培养模式在高职院校的实践研究

【摘要】 “双元制”是德国享誉世界的职业教育模式,在德国已有一百多年的历史。随着我国社会经济和科学技术的快速发展,高级技术应用型人才的重要性日益明显,社会对高等职业技术教育的需求也愈加迫切,因此对高职院校人才培养模式提出了更高的要求。实践证明,在我国全盘照搬德国“双元制”职业教育模式是不可取的,如何有效借鉴这种模式,与我国国情特别是地方经济、社会、文化的实际相结合,建构起具有地方特色的“双元制”职业教育新样式是我国职业教育改革的必然选择。健雄职业技术学院地处的太仓市进驻了150多家德资企业,为支撑德企的人才需求,成功打造出德国“双元制”人才培训体系。近几年,健雄职业技术学院不断探索实践,认真研究和吸取了德国“双元制”教育模式的精髓,逐步形成了“定岗双元”人才培养模式,走出了一条“双元制”本土化人才培养模式创新的道路,对我国高职院校人才培养模式的改革和创新具有实践意义和参考价值。本文首先分析目前我国高职院校人才培养模式改革的现状及存在的问题,探讨寻求一种有效的人才培养模式的需求;其次阐述了德国“双元制”教育模式及其精髓,以及对我国高职教育的借鉴意义;第三部分用比较分析的方法论述中德两国职业教育发展及特征,就我国如何借鉴德国“双元制”职业教育模式进行了分析;第四部分以健雄职业技术学院为例重点介绍“定岗双元”——德国“双元制”教育模式在我国高职院校本土化实践的具体情况;最后总结“定岗双元”人才培养模式的成功经验与成果,阐述该模式对我国高职院校人才培养的启示。

【Abstract】 The German’Dual system’is the world famous professional education system with a history of more than 100 years. Along with the rapid development of social economy as well as science and technology, advanced technical talents are of growing importance. In addition, the society is in an increasingly urgent demand for higher vocational and technical education. Therefore, higher request is put forward towards talent cultivation mode in vocational colleges. Practice has proved it not appropriate to fully copy the German’Dual system’in China. but to effectively reference this mode to combine with China’s national conditions especially the local economy, society and culture. It is inevitable for Chinese vocational education reform to construct a new education pattern of’Dual system’ with local characteristics.TaiCang city, where Chien-Shiung Institute of Technology is located, has introduced more than 150 German enterprises. German Dual training system has been successfully built in order to support the intellectual demand within German enterprises. In recent years, Chien-Shiung Institute of Technology has seriously studied and absorbed the essence of German’Dual education’ mode through practice. The institute has gradually formed the’Post-fixed’ Dual Education Mode with high innovation and localization. It is of practical significance and reference value for the reform and innovation of Chinese higher vocational education.This paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems in the reform of higher vocational education, discusses the demand of an effective training mode. Secondly it elaborates the mode and essence of German’Dual system’ as well as the significance for Chinese higher vocational education. The third part is discussed with comparison the development and characteristics of vocational education in Germany and China, and the way to learn from German’Dual system’. Fourthly, the paper introduces with emphasis the practice of German’Dual system’education mode in Chien-Shiung Institute of Technology. Finally the paper summarizes the successful experience and achievements of’Post-fixed’Dual Education Mode, and illustrate the enlightenment of this mode for Chinese higher vocational education.
