高职院校学生自主管理模式探析

【摘要】 为了在思想政治教育中发挥学生的主体作用,实现他们有效的自我教育、自我管理、自我服务,本文利用文献、历史、实地调查等研究方法探析一种高职学生自主管理模式。在这一管理模式下,学生主动、自愿得到发展,综合素质得到提升。高职学生自主管理模式在实施过程中需要遵循循序渐进、持之以恒、持续改进、量化评价等原则,建立量化考核、激励保障等机制。本文以一所高职院校——沙洲职业工学院为例,通过该院实行学生自主管理模式以来的成效对高职学生管理模式进行了全面概述。即高职学生自主管理模式体现了马克思主义关于人的全面发展的理论;遵循思想政治教育过程所固有的规律——教育者的主导作用与受教育者的主体作用辩证统一的规律,内化与外化辩证统一的规律,协调自觉影响与控制自发影响辩证统一的规律;符合高职院校人才培养要求,实现了目标管理与过程管理、条线管理与班级管理、素质教育与个性特质三结合;扩展了思想政治教育的内涵,使思想政治教育形式、内容、能力三者实现了和谐统一;注意到学生的个别差异,针对不同学生因材施教,这既有利于促进学生干部的成长,也有利于调动普通学生的积极性,更有利于对特殊学生群体进行认知引导教育,进而充分调动学生主体作用的发挥。

【Abstract】 In order to play the main role of students and achieve effectively self-education, self-management and self-service in ideological and political education, This paper try to discover the self-management model of vocational students by the research methods such as literature, history, field surveys and so on. In this mode, vocational students take an active and voluntary development and improve their comprehensive quality. Self-management model of vocational students should follow the principles such as step by step, perseverance, continuous improvement and quantitative evaluation; establish the mechanisms such as quantitative assessment, security and incentive and so on in the implementation process.This article gives an vocational colleges——Shazhou Professional Institute of Technology for an example and a comprehensive description of the management model about effectiveness since the implementation of this model. Self-management model of vocational students reflects the Marxist theory of comprehensive human development; follows the inherent law in the process of ideological and political education——the law of the dialectical uniform about the leading role of the educator and the main role of the educated, internalization and externalization, coordination the consciously influence and control of the spontaneous effects; meets the Vocational Training requirements, carries out the three-pronged of target management and process management, line management and class management, quality education and personality characteristics education; expands the meaning of ideological and political education, achieves the three harmonious uniforms about the form, content, ability of ideological and political education; notes that different students have different characteristics and individualizes to different students, which is conducive to promoting the growth of the student leaders, but also help to mobilize enthusiasm of the general students, more conducive to the cognitive and guidance education of special student groups, and then fully mobilizes the principal role of students.
