创新型经济背景下地方国有企业发展战略研究

【摘要】 本论文从苏州工业园区生物纳米有限公司(以下简称生物纳米公司)的实际发展经历出发,结合现代企业战略管理理论,通过全面分析各类商业形态,明确生物纳米公司的功能定位及发展战略,对生物纳米公司的未来发展做适当的前瞻性思考,以资借鉴。论文包括七个部分,第一部分:绪论,阐明问题研究的背景和目的,说明研究的思路和创新点。第二部分:介绍国内外关于企业发展战略的研究现状及理论应用。第三部分:分析地方国有企业在区域发展中的性质、功能及定位。第四部分:研究创新型经济对地方国有企业带来的挑战与机遇。第五部分:介绍生物纳米公司发展概况,公司在战略转型过程中还存在的问题和不足。第六部分:是本报告论述的重点,主要从发展创新型经济的角度出发,结合国内外生物纳米产业发展现状,对生物纳米公司的市场环境及发展前景作适当分析,在此基础上对公司的发展战略提出意见和建议。第七部分:总结本报告的主要观点及今后可能的深化方向。
【Abstract】 By referencing the practice and experience of SIP Bio & Nano Technology Development Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as“Bio-Nanotech Company”), this thesis introduced the theory of corporate strategic management, made a comprehensive analysis of various commercial patterns, and finally put forward the positioning and development strategies of the Bio-Nanotech Company and also a forward-thinking towards the future development of Bio-Nanotech Company. The purpose of this thesis is to provide recommendation and guidance for the development of Bio-Nanotech Company. It consists of seven parts. Part I (Introduction Part): clarification of the background and purpose, to introduce the outline and the innovation points. Part II: Introduction of the present domestic and international studies on business development strategy and theory application. Part III: analysis of the nature, function and positioning of the local state-owned enterprises in the regional development. Part IV: research on the challenges and opportunities the innovation economy has brought to the local state-owned enterprises. Part V: overview of the development of Bio-Nanotech Company, the issues and deficiency in the reforming process. Part VI: key points of the thesis. Based on the present development of the domestic and international bio-nanotech industry, it analyzed the market environment and development vision of Bio-Nanotech Company from the perspective of innovation economy, and provided the recommendation and suggestions to the development of the Company. Part VII: Summary of the key points and fields to be further studied in the future.
