【摘要】 独立学院作为高等教育体系内重要的分支,提供了更为广阔的专业教育空间,虽然办学时间很短,但其规模和数量仍然发展很快。伴随高校的不断扩招,大学毕业生呈现逐年增长的态势,就业竞争的压力日益突出,农业学院毕业生的就业又具有其更特殊的特点,如何有效的提升农业独立学院学生就业竞争力,成为当前农业独立学院发展过程中必须思考和解决的重要问题。大学生就业竞争力的提升包括个人综合素质和学院就业指导两方面内容。但目前,我国高校就业指导工作仅限于短期内的独立工作展开,对于学生终身的职业发展并没有过多的探讨,面对全球化进程的加快,我们必须在全程化的就业指导模式上借鉴发达国家的经验,形成适用于我国教育特点的全程就业指导模式,以提升我国大学生的就业竞争综合实力。本文结合我国农业院校目前的就业现状和通过对国外全程化就业指导模式的借鉴,探讨我省农业独立学院在人才培养综合素质提高和构建全面的就业指导服务体系上的系统性和可行性,形成完整的农业独立学院就业指导的理论和体系。文章由以下四部分构成：首先,绪论部分。将从研究的目的及意义进行阐述,对国内外现状进行分析,提出研究的思路和方法,并且提炼出要解决的主要问题。第一部分是“独立学院就业竞争力的相关概念及理论依托”。主要包括相关概念的定义和理论基础,为全文探讨独立学院就业竞争力提供完整的理论体系和依据。第二部分是“农业大学独立学院就业现状以及与普通农业本科院校就业差异分析”。通过对两种办学形式学院的就业差异进行比较,强调研究农业学校独立学院就业竞争力的必要性和务实性,并以沈阳农业大学科学技术学院学生在就业竞争力上所表现出的突出特点为事实依托、理论论据进行阐述。第三部分是“国外就业指导模式的概况和我国就业指导的经验借鉴”。总结归纳国外就业指导相关模式,发掘我国就业指导可以利用的相关经验。第四部分是“构建辽宁省农业大学独立学院人才输出的平台”。主要从构建平台的基础条件和全程化的就业指导模式构建等方面进行研究,以达到提升农业大学独立学院毕业生就业竞争力的最终目的。更多还原

【Abstract】 As an important branch of higher education, Independent college offer large scale of professional education. Though it only ran several years,it develop very fast in quantity and scale.After college and university embrace wild range of students, more and more students have the opportunities to take higher education,it appears difficulty in finding a job.Agricultural graduates have their own characteristic, so,how to improve the competitive power of these majored students become a tough issue of agricultural independent college to support its own development.Competitive power of college students includes two aspect:self comprehensive quality and employment guidance.But at present,our country’s employment guidance not concern about entire process of vocational guidance.Facing to the globalization,we must enhance our students’competitive ability by use other country’s experience for reference.This paper focus on current employment situation of agricultral college and promotion of countryside’ economy in Liaoning province, draw systematic and feasible conclusion of improving comprehensive quality of students and job service offered by vocational guidance center,form an integrated theoretical system to support the guidance of agricultural independent college.This article construct of four parts:The first part shows the introduction, summarize and analyse currant status,propose the research ideas and methods, put forward the main issue.The second part is "research theory and relative concepts",including the definition of the concept and basis of theory, to support the whole article with a complete theoretical system.The third part is "current status and analysis to difference", according to the comparison of two kinds colleges, emphasize on necessary of the research, and set SYAU as an example to give an explaination of agricultural graduates’special points on searching a job.The forth part is "general situation and experience of foreign college in vocational guidance", summarize the mode of foreign college in improving the competitive power of students.The fifth part is "construct a platform fit for Liaoning province", includes basis and entire vocational guidance, to elevate students’competitive power of agricultural indepandent colleges.更多还原
