【摘要】 政党产生以来,就处于不断变革过程中。如今,政党和政党政治现代转型成为一种全球性的现象。与西方国家政党及政党政治的现代转型不同,中国共产党主要集中在革命党向执政党转型这个问题上。中国政治的核心是党的问题。中国共产党从一个弱小革命党发展为强大的革命党,并通过武装斗争取得中国政权。但是,执掌了国家政权并不意味着就是真正的执政党,还需要完成从革命党到执政党的转型。马克思主义经典作家对执政党建设问题进行了许多精辟的论述,我党在从革命党到执政党转型和建设的过程当中,也进行了卓有成效的探索。邓小平同志提出以经济建设为党的工作重心和提倡制度建党方式。江泽民同志提出“三个代表”重要思想全面扩展了我党执政的合法性基础,完成了执政党理论建设的全面转型。胡锦涛同志提出全面建设党的执政能力,是我党执政党建设的里程碑。本文认为,在执政党建设继续前行的道路上,法治、阶级和谐以及党员素质等问题必然会对长期具有革命党思维的中国共产党提出挑战。同时,这些问题也给我党的发展带来了巨大的机遇。针对这些问题,今后我党的执政党建设应该继续加强法治和制度建设,加强党在新时期的政治整合能力建设以及党的自身建设。更多还原

【Abstract】 Since the appearance of the political party which have changed and reformed ,the modern transformation of political party and party politics become a kind of worldwide atmosphere in response. Communist party of china focuses on the transformation of revolutionary party to ruling party as to modern transformation of political party and party politics, different from west country’s. the core of Chinese political affairs is party problem. communist party of china, from powerless to powerful by a bitter armed struggle, had gained the reins of government at last. but that doesn’t mean victory to real ruling party. by contrast,we still need to go through the reform from the revolutionary party to the ruling party.Marxism classic authors have been dedicated to exploration of ruling party construction and put forward so many valuable theories.our party as well has devoted to the party construction all the time.comrade dengxiaoping put forward the policy of reform and opening-up as well as a system relating to construction of our party. ruling foundation of our party have been extended and consolidated due to three representatives by comrade jiangzemin which had finished the full completion of our party transformation in the aspect of theory. comrade hujintao brought forward comprehensive development of ruling ability of our party ,which is milestone of construction of communist party of china as ruling party.This article think that in the process of construction of ruling party, communist party of china still faces the challenge of party construction、construction of public authority、integration of interests and so on as well as the opportunity of development. for these problems, our party should continue to solidify the construction of rule by law and system、integration ability of politics at the same time the construction of out party.更多还原
