海洋浪花飞溅区工程设施腐蚀疲劳环境谱和附加载荷谱特征

【摘要】 为给海洋浪花飞溅区设施腐蚀疲劳测试分析与控制提供相关数据基础,为这一领域耐腐蚀疲劳的工程设计和开发腐蚀疲劳控制技术提供简便快捷的应用平台,本论文研究建立潮差浪溅区的腐蚀环境谱,尤其是附加应力载荷的变化情况和分布规律,建立附加交变应力载荷谱,对于应用分析由于波浪力海流力等附加载荷引起的腐蚀规律如腐蚀疲劳是很有必要的。本论文整合单一环境因素如表层水温,飞溅区表层气温,飞溅区表层盐度,飞溅区表层辐照,建立飞溅区基于腐蚀疲劳平台环境谱,并利用Access和C++语言建立简洁易于操作的数据库。本文选取线性波理论—莫里森方程评价波浪载荷随波高、周期变化规律;评价波浪载荷作用力曲线的两种最大波浪载荷结果,验证波浪载荷作用的周期性;评价探索波浪高度与载荷周期的作用特性,研究表值外推归纳波高-周期关系与图值规范查询实现波高-周期关系同实测波高周期关系的相关性以及计算查询可行性。运用matlab编写计算方程实现计算过程的简单便捷化。将波浪交变载荷冲击作用整合为附加交变应力载荷谱,结合中国沿海浪花飞溅区最大波高、平均波高、波浪平均作用周期和最大作用周期、海域和季节分布,运用数据查询检索分析基于腐蚀疲劳载荷平台载荷谱规律特征,计算中国沿海波高分布对应的波浪载荷特征规律。本论文为进行海洋浪花飞溅区设施腐蚀疲劳测试分析与控制提供相关数据基础,为这一领域的课题实验研究准备了丰富可信的前期工作,为腐蚀疲劳分析提供必要的基础数据和操作平台。

【Abstract】 As to provide the base for marine waves splash zone corrosion fatigue test> analysis and control, the thesis gives a simple and efficient application platform for corrosion fatigue engineering design and control technology in the marine splash zone,In order to research the corrosion laws caused by wave power and currents force such as corrosion fatigue, it is necessary to establish the spectrum of the tidal splash zone corrosion environmental and an additional alternating stress load, especially the changes and distribution in additional stress and load.The thesis integrates the single environmental factors of the splash zone such as the surface water temperature, surface temperature, surface salinity, variation of surface radiation characteristics to establish spectrum based on corrosion fatigue platform of marine splash zone, and using Access and C++language to create the simple and efficient database.This paper select linear Morison equation to evaluate the changes of wave load as to wave height and period variation; evaluate two kind of maximum wave load curve results, verify the cyclical wave loads; study the relationships of extrapolation table and picture-plans to achieve the feasibility of measured this relationship.The calculation equation which is developed by matlab makes the calculation process more simple and efficient. For calculating the characteristic corresponding law of wave height distribution along with the wave load in china, the thesis integrates the wave alternating load as an additional alternating stress load spectrum, combines with China’s coastal the largest wave height, average wave height, the average effect period and the maximum effect cycle, area and seasonal distribution to analysis the regularity load spectrum based on corrosion fatigue loading platformThe paper provides the basis data for test, analysis and control of corrosion fatigue test in marine splash zone, prepares authentic pre-prepared work for the experimental research, and provides the necessary basic data and operating platforms for the corrosion fatigue analysis.
