滚切剪剪切机构研究及力学分析

【摘要】 滚切式剪切机(简称滚切剪)是钢铁企业宽厚板生产线上的重要设备,主要用于对轧制后的钢板进行定尺和取样。目前我国宽厚板生产线上的滚切剪多数为引进国外产品,部分为引进国外技术生产的产品。尽管国内已有少数企业自主研发了宽厚板滚切剪,但对滚切剪的剪切理论、剪切力特征和机架的应力及变形规律缺乏系统研究。本文以3800mm滚切式定尺剪为研究对象,在综合分析滚切剪工作原理的基础上,探讨了其剪切机构的设计理论,研究了滚切剪设备的力学特征,为滚切剪设备的改造及国产化提供了设计依据。论文主要完成了以下工作:1)在对滚切剪工作特点及剪切原理深入分析的基础上,研究了满足纯滚动剪切要求的上剪刃运动轨迹,建立了整个剪切阶段的剪切力数学模型,找到了剪切过程中剪切力的变化规律。并根据某企业3800mm滚切式定尺剪的主要技术参数,对剪切力进行了校核计算。2)综合应用三维建模平台UG和动力学分析软件RecurDyn,建立了滚切剪的运动学模型并进行了仿真,分析了滚切剪关键位置的运动轨迹、速度、加速度等运动学特性。3)基于动力学分析软件RecurDyn,对滚切剪进行了动力学分析,找到了关键构件的约束反力和驱动力矩的变化规律,得到了剪切机构工作过程中的动力学特性。4)应用有限元仿真软件NX Nastran,分析了支撑机架在受力最不均匀时刻的应力变形特征,对机架进行了强度和刚度校核,找出了机架的薄弱环节,对机架优化设计以及辅助设备布置具有指导意义。

【Abstract】 Rolling shear is mainly used for specified length and sampling steel plate after rolling as an important equipment on plate production line for iron and steel plant. Presently, most of the rolling shear that on domestic plate production line are foreign products, few of them made by ourself but introduction of foreign technology. Although there are few enterprise study on it independently now, the rolling motion theory, characteristics of shear force, stress and deformation of housing aren’t researched by the numbers.In order to guide the equipment’s alteration and localization, in this paper, the design theory of shear mechanism and the mechanical properties of the equipment is studied based on the comprehensive analysis of working principle of a an 3800 rolling shear.The follow work has done in this paper:1) Based on the comprehensive analysis of working principle and rolling motion theory, the blade’s trajectory that satisfy the pure rolling motion theory is derived, and the shear force model is established in this paper. Finally, a shear force is computed by using the technical parameters of a 3800 rolling shear to find out its variation in cutting process.2) The application of UG and RecurDyn is implemented to establish the kinematic model of the cutting shear mechanism and then analyze its kinematic characteristics, include the trajectory, velocity, acceleration and other kinematic features of shear mechanism.3) By using RecurDyn, the dynamic characteristics of the shearing mechanism is analysed to obtain some key component’s constraint reaction and driving torque so as to find out the dynamics feature of shear mechanism.4) Finite element analysis software NX Nastran is used to analyse the stress and deformation characteristics of the supporting housing when shear force is mostly uneven, checked out its strength and rigidity, and found out some weak link on the housing, all of which are important factor to optimize the housing structure and layout of auxiliary equipment.
