鸡蛋壳为原料制备醋酸钙的工艺研究

【摘要】 本文研究以鸡蛋壳为原料,分别采用超声波辅助中和法,微波辅助中和法和磁场辅助中和法制备醋酸钙的优化工艺。并对制备的醋酸钙产品进行了品质测定。通过在不同单因素条件下的制备结果,确定正交试验因素,优选鸡蛋壳制备醋酸钙的最佳工艺条件和参数。主要研究结果如下:1.壳膜分离试验最优参数:搅拌时间15min,静置时间15min,分离次数2次。2.超声波辅助中和法制备醋酸钙的最优参数:投料量10.051g,反应时间1.5h,反应温度30℃,超声波功率100W,超声波时间2min,氢氧化钙加入量3.5g,除镁温度80℃,除镁时间10min,固液比1:14是最佳工艺参数,该工艺条件下醋酸钙的得率可以达到95.93%。3.微波辅助中和法制备醋酸钙的最优参数:反应时间2.5h,微波功率800W,微波时间2min,固液比1:18,除镁温度85℃,除镁时间15min,,在这个工艺条件下醋酸钙的得率可以达到94.88%。4.磁场辅助中和法制备醋酸钙的最优参数:反应时间1.5h,磁场强度8000Gs,磁化时间80min,固液比1:12,除镁温度80℃,除镁时间15min,在这个工艺条件下醋酸钙的得率可以达到94.15%。5.对产品醋酸钙进行了品质检测,产品醋酸钙含量均高于98.5%;色泽纯白,气味微酸;镁含量小于0. 0015%;铅含量小于0. 0007 %;砷含量小于0. 0003%;干燥失重、水溶解试验均合格;游离酸,挥发性脂肪酸均合格。所得产品醋酸钙符合国家标准,是安全可靠的,可以用于食品,医药等行业。

【Abstract】 The study of this article is optimization process of preparing calcium acetate with egg shells for basic material ,the method of which is , respectively, ultrasonic wave-assisted、microwave-assisted and magnetic-assisted,meanwhile,determinating quality products of Preparation of calcium acetate. By a single factor in the different conditions of preparation of the results to determine the orthogonal factors.This article obtains optimium technology condition ang parameters. The major findings are as follows:1. The optimium parameters for separation test of shell membrane is : mixing time for 15min, standing time for 15min, stirring for 2 times.2. The optimium parameters for ultrasonic wave-assisted to prepare calcium acetate is : Feeding for 10.051g, reaction time for 1.5h, reaction temperature for 30℃, ultrasonic power for 100W, ultrasonic time for 2min, calcium hydroxide for 3.5g, temperature of getting rid of magnesium for 80℃, time of getting rid of magnesium for 10min, the optimium ratio of liquid and solid for 1:14 .under this process conditions, the yield of calcium acetate can reach 95.93%.3. The optimium parameters for microwave-assisted to prepare calcium acetate is : reaction time for 2.5h, the microwave power for 800W, Microwave time for 2min, the ratio of liquid and solid for 1:18, the temperature of getting rid of magnesium for 85℃, ang time for 15min . under this process conditions ,the yield of calcium acetate can reach 94.88%4. The optimium parameters for magnetic-assisted to prepare calcium acetate is : reaction time for 1.5h, the magnetic field strength for 8000Gs, magnetization time for 80min, the ratio of liquid and solid for 1:12, the temperature of getting rid of magnesium for 80℃, and time for 15 min .under this process conditions, the yield of calcium acetate can reach 94.15%5. Determinating quality products of Preparation of calcium acetate, the yield of calcium acetate can reach 89.55~92.44%; content for calcium acetate is higher than 98.5%,the color of which is white,and smellsof which is slightly acidic; the content of magnesium is less than 0.0015%; the content of lead is less than 0.0007%; the content of arsenic is less than 0.0003%; Loss on drying,water soluble test are both satisfactory; free acid, free alkali, volatile fatty acids are all qualified. Calcium acetate from products meet with national standards, which are safe and reliable,and can be used for food, medicine and other industries.
