就地热再生PE改性沥青混合料性能研究

【摘要】 沥青路面再生技术具有显著的经济、社会和环境效益,而沥青就地热再生技术是一项符合可持续发展要求的道路维修技术。随着我国越来越多的沥青路面进入养护维修期,该技术的推广应用势在必行。但目前我国的沥青路面再生技术还处于起步阶段,其研究主要集中在普通沥青混合料和SBS改性沥青混合料等,而对PE改性沥青却涉及较少。因此,本文在结合实际工程的基础上,对PE改性沥青混合料进行再生,研究其再生料性能。论文首先所拟定的就地热再生施工段落展开详细的旧路面材料性能调查,通过改进回收方法真实反映旧沥青状况,提高其性能评价的可靠性,同时进行旧集料性能评价和级配变异性分析,为旧沥青再生和旧集料再生提供基础。其次,在简述沥青老化和再生基础上分析再生剂性能要求并测试所选择的两种再生剂,拟定旧沥青再生试验,综合分析试验数据和规律,确定再生剂掺量;结合旧集料特性,确定再生目标并选择新集料,分析再生料级配;在上述分析的基础上,进行再生混合料设计。然后,测试再生沥青混合料各方面性能,包括力学性能、高低温稳定性、水稳定性、疲劳性能和抗老化性能等,评价再生混合料设计;最后通过APA结构模拟试验证明再生料具备良好的路用性能。

【Abstract】 The adoption of asphalt pavement recycling technology has significant economic, social and environmental benefits, while hot in-place recycling technology is a compatible with sustainable development requirements of road maintenance techniques. As massive early constructed highway entering repairs period gradually, popularization and application of the technology are imperative. However, asphalt pavement recycling technology in our country is still in its infancy, and the research mainly focus on common asphalt mixture and SBS modified asphalt mixture, etc. Meanwhile the PE modified asphalt is related to less. So, based on the practical project, this paper recycles the PE asphalt mixture and the performance of recycled materials was discussed.First of all, the comprehensive investigation and test of the old pavement material is done accord to the Construction of paragraphs using the hot in-place recycling technology; improves the recycling method and shows the real condition of the aging asphalt, and increases the reliability of property evaluation, meanwhile analyses the property evaluation of the old aggregate and its variation of gradation, gives the underpinning of the recycling aging asphalt and old aggregate.Secondly, analyses the performance requirements of the and test the two kinds of regeneration selected based on a brief description of aging and recycling of asphalt, prepares the old asphalt recycling experiment, analyses the experimental data and rules comprehensively to determine the regeneration agent content; accord to the old aggregate characteristics, makes sure the objects of recycling gradation and selects a set of new aggregates, analyses the recycled aggregate gradation; in the above analysis design the recycling asphalt mixture.Then, tests various properties of the recycled asphalt mixture, including mechanical properties, high and low temperature performance, moisture sensitivity, fatigue performance and resistance to aging, etc., evaluates recycled mixture design; finally, structure simulation experiments by APA proves the recycled materials thathave s good road performance.
