隧道群联络斜井方案确定与施工设计

【摘要】 近年来,随着我国国民经济的快速发展,高速公路也得到了迅速的发展,全国高速公路网逐步完善,高速公路的建设逐渐向山区延伸。山区高速公路的建设由于设计要求和地形的限制,不可避免的要修建隧道工程。由于我国是一个多山的国家,隧道工程的施工体现了“长、快”的特点。隧道工程往往是高速公路建设中的关键环节,影响着整个工程的施工进度,因此对隧道的快速施工提出了迫切的要求,如何采用合理优化的隧道施工技术方案,达到安全快速施工的目的是当今隧道工程施工所要解决的关键问题。论文以红沿河1-4号隧道为依托工程,在查阅大量国内外文献的基础上,开展了隧道群建设过程中的安全、快速问题——联络斜井方案的确定与施工设计工作;斜井或者竖井的设置不仅可以作为主隧道施工进料和出渣的通道,同时还可以增加主隧道施工的工作面,提高主隧道的施工效率,保证施工安全;四座隧道都由于没有进行二次衬砌支护而出现了不同程度的破坏,严重影响了主隧道的施工安全和工程的施工进度,为了保证隧道的施工安全,决定对隧道进行二次衬砌支护的施工,但由于隧道施工工作面较小,使得二次衬砌施工无法前后跟进施工;为此,研究对1-4号隧道增设斜井或者竖井方案来降低隧道的施工过程中的安全风险,加快隧道的施工进度;论文在深入分析隧道群区域工程地质条件勘察及其评价的基础上,开展了隧道群斜井方案施工设计、隧道群竖井方案施工设计和隧道群施工方案确定与控制研究。本文分别通过对斜井和竖井方案施工设计,以及从经济因素、环境保护、施工因素等多方面对比分析,最终确定隧道群斜井方案施工设计。研究成果有效地解决了实际工程问题。

【Abstract】 In recent years, with the rapid development of our economy, highway obtained a rapid development, national highway network, highway construction gradually outspread. Because of the mountainous area highway construction design requirements and topography, the inevitable restrictions to build a tunnel engineering. Because our country is a mountainous country, tunnel construction, embodies the characteristic of fast. Tunnel project is often the key link in the highway construction, affecting the whole construction progress, so the rapid construction of tunnel is put forward by pressing requirements, how to optimize the tunnel construction, achieve rapid construction safety of rapid construction purpose is today’s tunnel key problems to be solved.Taking the red river 1-4 tunnel, the project is based on the literatures, the tunnel construction process of safety, quick question -- contact with the construction of inclined scheme design work, The vertical shafts or set for tunnel construction is not only can feed and dregs channel, also can increase the tunnel construction, improve the working efficiency of the construction of the tunnel construction safety, Four tunnels are due to have the second lining supporting appeared different degree of destruction, serious impact on the main tunnel construction and engineering construction progress, in order to guarantee the safety of tunnel, decision support for the second lining of tunnel construction, but due to the tunnel construction, mining smaller before the second lining construction cannot follow construction, In this study, 1-4 tunnel portal or adding methods to reduce the vertical tunnel construction process of safety risk, quicken the construction progress of the tunnel, Based on analysis of tunnel engineering geological conditions of the regional survey and evaluation of the basis of the tunnel portal construction design scheme of tunnel construction scheme, the vertical design and construction scheme of tunnel control and research.This paper through the portal and the shaft construction design scheme, and from the economic factors, environmental protection, construction of various factors, the final analysis of tunnel portal construction design scheme. Research work effectively resolve the practical engineering problems.
