无线电能远程抄表监测终端的设计与研究

【摘要】 随着居民对生活要求的逐渐提高、企业和住户的不断增多,传统的人工抄表方式出现了弊端,不仅对居民正常生活造成影响,对电力部门也造成严重的经济损失。如今电子与通信技术飞速发展,电能表向电子化、智能化、自动化方向发展,取代了人工抄表,而无线电能远程抄表成为自动电能表未来的发展趋势。因此,本文设计了一种以GSM为无线通讯方式的无线电能远程抄表监测终端。文章介绍了电能表的发展现状,阐述了无线电能远程抄表系统的构成和工作原理、GSM通信系统的组成与特点、短消息业务以及监测终端的功能等,并对终端的硬件系统、软件系统做出了详细具体的分析与设计。以ATmega32高速单片机为微控制器,采用ATT7022B电能芯片和TC35无线通讯模块对无线电能远程抄表监测终端进行了硬件设计。对终端的各部分模块的原理、性能参数以及硬件设计过程中的相关问题进行了详细的说明和介绍,并给出了具体的电路设计方案。最后按照功能需求在硬件设计的基础上进行了软件设计,给出了软件实现的流程,对软件设计思想进行了论述。通过对终端机进行功能测试,终端机能够采集计量数据、本地显示数据和时间、定时向数据中心发送短信息、存储电量数据、通过键盘修改参数等,实现了预期的设计目标。该终端具有集成化程度高、传输距离远、成本低廉、数据传输可靠、安装方便、无需布线等特点,具有较高的性价比和很好的应用前景。

【Abstract】 With the development of the living standard of the people and increases of the number of enterprise and residents, the traditional way of meter reading’s drawbacks has appeared, it not only appeared people’s normal life, but also made great economic losses of power department. Nowadays the electronic and communication technologies develop rapidly, the more electronic, more automatic and more intelligent meters have replaced manual meter. Wireless power remote meter becomes the trend of meter’s development.Therefore, this paper designs a kind of wireless power remote meter monitoring terminal which takes GSM as the wireless communication mode. This paper introduces the development present situation of the wireless remote electric meter reading system, and elaborates the composition and the operational principle of the meter reading system, the composition and features of GSM communication system, short message services and the function of monitoring terminal and so on. It also shows the detailed analysis and design of the terminal’s hardware system and software system.In my studies, using the ATmega32 microprocessor as the micro controller, and using ATT7022B as the power chip and TC35 as the wireless communication module for the hardware design of the wireless remote electric meter-reading monitoring terminal. Gives the detailed instructions and introduce of each module’s principle, performance and relevant issues in hardware design process and show the specific circuit design. Then designs the software system on the base of hardware design for the function requirement, shows the software flow, and deals with the design idea of software.Through the functional test of the terminal shows that terminal can realize data acquisition and measure, data and time local display, information transmission to data center regularly, power data storage, parameter modification by key and so on, achieves the desired goal. The terminal has the advantage of high integration, the long transmission distance, low cost, reliable data transmission, easy installation, no wiring etc, it has high performance-price ratio and good application prospect..
