教师职业自我意识研究

【摘要】 教师是教育过程中教的主体,它在一定程度上决定着学校的发展方向并影响着学生的发展方向。任何事物的发展都受到一定自身和外界因素的影响和制约,教师职业自我意识也同样在受到这些因素的制约,例如:性别、教龄、所教学科、职务的影响。本研究通过对教师职业胜任度、教师职业社会地位和教师职业专门性三方面的认识来分析教师职业自我意识所受以上四方面因素的影响,并分析差异性,最后总结出教师职业自我意识的影响因素。本研究选取一所县城中学和一所城市小学作为研究个案,主要通过收集资料和问卷调查的方法深入的了解教师对教师职业自我意识各个方面的看法,通过对其的分析,笔者发现教师对职业自我意识各个方面的认识并没有非常明显的差异,但是在对各个细微问题的认识上却存在很大差异性。最终找出影响因素并提出意见和建议,希望能为提高教师职业自我意识起到促进作用。

【Abstract】 Teachers are the subject of the teaching of educational process. It is obvious that teachers decide schools’developing orientation and effective students’growing direction to a large extent. Anything’s development get influence and restriction from both itself and outside factors, the same as the self-consciousness of the teaching occupation, for example, the sax, the age, the teaching age, the teaching subject and the post effect. The thesis analyze the self-consciousness of the teaching occupation which gets the influence from the four factors in teachers are equal to post, the post’s social situation and the post’s specialiy. And analyze difference, then summary the effective factors of the teaching occupation’s self-consciousness.The thesis as a research case selects a middle school in county town and a primary school in city, the main method of researching was collect materials and questionnaires to recognizes deeply the teachers’opinion about the factors of the self-consciousness of the teaching occupation, pass through the analysis, the writer found that it is no obvious difference that teachers recognize the factors of the self-consciousness of the teaching occupation, but there are more different in each subtle site. Finally, finding the effective factors and put forward my views and advices, I hope that it plays an encourage role in improving the self-consciousness of the teaching occupation.
