【摘要】 随着经济发展逐渐趋于全球化及人类社会在信息化进程正发生着翻天覆地的变化,知识在经济领域占据着越来越重要的地位,企业自身价值的度量已不同于工业时代那样仅仅依赖于资本的多少、自然资源和劳动力等传统资源的占有度,而更大的程度在于其在企业的生产经营过程中所运用的知识的总量及质量,而对于知识作用于企业的生产经营环节时,则需要总体考虑企业的知识容量、知识结构、知识的创新能力等。当今世界企业的竞争优势更大地依赖于其知识的广度与深度、知识的可使用性、知识结构的合理性、知识的可转移性与知识的共享性。企业在这个知识更新速度日益加快的时代,在社会知识经济化和经济知识化的大背景下,企业面临着前所未有的挑战,企业如果不能够及时地调整管理的重点与方向,充分利用计算机网络技术这一先进的管理与沟通手段,那么对内将无法充分挖掘企业所拥有知识的价值,对外则可能会错过大量商机及技术更新的良机,在竞争中处于劣势。所以企业如何通过有效的知识管理来提高其核心竞争力便是诸多管理者所面临和亟待解决的问题。本论文是一篇针对知识管理系统的构建与推行的案例论文,文章首先对该案例主体BOC集团及知识管理系统本地推行区域RGC的自然情况、经营管理特点加以介绍,然后针对其生产管理特点介绍了IMSS知识管理系统的项目背景及管理系统的架构,并在此基础上对项目推行初期所设立的项目目标进行阐述。接下来,本论文结合项目初期的项目标及项目实施的实际情况,在三个方面5个环节上列出了项目实施过程中存在的问题,即：在项目进度方面的进度缓慢问题；在项目质量方面体现出来的本地操作规程编写及集团标准翻译质量问题；在项目使用方面的运行速度及使用率低问题。随后,本文论文结合知识的内涵、知识管理的定义及管理特点、知识管理系统推行障碍、知识管理实施保障基本理论,针对BOC集团RGC的经营管理特点从管理的角度,技术的角度、员工思想意识的角度及沟通的角度对存在的问题进行详细的分析。为第四章解决方案的制定提供坚实的基础。最后,本论文结合前面的分析结果,首先从本地公司的管理制度及项目推行的保障措施上提出改进建议,同时针对存在的问题提出可行的系统构建及推行方案。更多还原

【Abstract】 With economic globalization and the information-based social’s coming, knowledge economic time arrived soon. Enterprise’s value not only depend on the capital、nature’s resource and labor power like industrial age, but focus on the knowledge volume、knowledge structure and the creative abilities that owned by employees. The competitiveness of enterprise is rested on the knowledge’s broadness、depth、availability and reasonability of knowledge structure、knowledge transfer and knowledge sharing.The thesis is a case study article which is based on knowledge management system construction and implementation. At first, this thesis introduce the back ground of BOC company and her local branch, as well as the IMSS system structure. And based on these information, the project targets that was set at the project beginning was introduced.And then, after comparing the project actual with the target, the thesis listed 5 key problems that exist in the IMSS system. That’s progress problems; local chapter quality problems; global chapter quality problems; the system speed problems and the system usage rate problems.In succession, after the deeply research and analysis on the knowledge of management theory, based on the problems that happened during the system development and implementation stage. From the management view、technical views、employee’s consciousness view and the communication view, analysis the existed problems.At last, based on the former’s analysis result, from the management rules management method, the thesis work out a suitable schemes on how to improve the project efficiency and effectiveness.更多还原
