偏流板性能的分析与计算

【摘要】 舰载飞机起降作业时,其发动机的高速、高温喷流对周围的人员、设备及其它舰载飞机都会产生较大的影响,因此,就需要一块高质量的喷气偏流板把这些有害的气体导向空中。针对某型舰载飞机发动机的喷流场,本论文主要研究的内容包括以下几个方面:依据某型舰载机发动机原有的物理模型,利用CFD软件对其进行了仿真研究。在模型建立过程中,考虑到发动机尾喷管数量的不同,分别建立了单喷管发动机模型以及双喷管发动机模型,模拟计算了这两种请况下发动机的喷流边界内流场,给出了速度、温度、压强分布规律,并且对单喷管发动机模型的计算结果与试验值相对比,来判断仿真计算的正确性与可行性。对偏流板进行初步的设计研究,其中包括:偏流板的尺寸、安装角度以及到发动机尾喷管处的距离。通过阅读大量的文献资料,利用CFD软件的仿真计算,在本论文中主要对偏流板在0°、30°、45°三种倾角以及偏流板到尾喷管6米、10米、15米三种不同距离情况做出相应的研究,绘制出速度、压强、温度分布图,确定偏流板的最佳倾角以及最佳距离。最后,分析偏流板对舰载机尾流场以及周围环境的影响。现在,舰船装备的安全性越来越多的受到人们的关注,通过对安全性的理解,本文着重对偏流板的安全性做出分析,并且利用偏流板的安全性设计方法,提出了一些具体的设计方案使大家更加清楚地认识到安全性的重要程度。

【Abstract】 When the aircraft rising and landing, the jet will make great influence on the equipment and personals. Pointed at some kind aircraft engine, therefore, we need a high-quality jet bias board of these harmful gas-driven air. For a certain type of aircraft engine jet flow field, the study of this thesis includes the following aspects:A certain type of aircraft engine based on the original physical model, using CFD software, a simulation study them. In the model building process, taking into account the number of different engine tail pipe, respectively, the establishment of a single-nozzle engine model and the double-nozzle engine model simulation of these two requests under the conditions within the boundaries of the engine jet flow field, giving out of speed, temperature, pressure distribution, and the single-nozzle engine model results with the experimental values of the relative ratio to determine the correctness and feasibility of the simulation.Right drift plate a preliminary design study, including: drift plate size, installation angle and the engine nozzle at the end of the distance. By reading a lot of literature, the use of CFD simulation software, in this paper mainly bias plate in 0°, 30°, 45°inclination, as well as three kinds of drift nozzle plate to the end of 6 meters, 10 meters, 15 meters 3 different from the situation and make the appropriate research, draw speed, pressure, temperature distribution, determine the drift plate and the best from the best angle. Finally, the analysis drift plate -to-tail carrier flow field and the surrounding environment.Now, the safety of ships equipped with more and more attention by people, through the understanding of security, this paper focuses on the drift plate to make the security analysis and the use of drift plate security design methods, made a number of a specific design so that we more clearly recognize the importance of the security.
